i measured 45 inches from the floor to the top of the lifting pad. i believe theres one more lock for a 48 inch total. but the roof of the volvo hit the cross beam , is that called a rafter? so i had to stop the lift and go look. oops. i think i can replace it with 2 scissor beams. scissor rafters ?

What about in hotter climate areas?. When i do each fold, my dough drops by 10-15 degrees in temp, and the butter practically starts meltin. Thats why we need to refrigerate 15 mins every fold, but even that barely helps. In the end, its the quality of butter and dough that helps

the belt shouldn't be tight..... as the clutch spins it will tighten that's how it works. You can adjust it a little tighter.

For one thing bud, your fuel filter is on upside down so it doesnt filter you fuel and the rust goes straight thru to the carburetor

Master tech here no google mechanic lol.. Belt is in high gear when it should be low, notice the belt sitting so far down. Your secondary spring is broke and primary now has all the muscle and has pulled belt down , or deflection is extremely off and lastly, you’ve just replaced belt and have debris lodged holding clutch open👌🏻1 of the 3 Busch tip for alignment: without proper tools. Use a credit card on each side of belt where it rounds primary clutch. Feel difference with card. You’ll know if your hugging left or right, inspect color difference in side of belt👍🏻 to me looks like clutch needs alignment washer added. Treks left just a hair and set deflection, use google.

Alignment looks good, belt may need to be flipped, the cogs should be on the inside. Engagement RPM on snowmobiles is pretty high, flip that belt and you should be okay. Make tension adjustments if applicable, but only small adjustments

Might consider flipping that belt to it's proper position 😂
