We travel often to Italy. My wife was born in Sicily And two years ago we finally purchase a home in Cefalu about 60km north of Palermo. This year for the first time we will be traveling in May from Chicago to Palermo with our service dog a 2year old Golden Doodle. L can't wait to see how she will perform. Your video is very helpful. RFK Jr was being interviewed and he said the following "You eat pasta in the USA and you get fat. You eat pasta in Italy and you don't gain weight." That says it all. Better quality of food overall.
