@@dannyyy94 I would do it, thanks for your comment and feedback. Just to place some expectations, as you said it will be difficulties to overcome, hence some games it will be a soso performance due to them being a natural counter. I won’t be able to post every video as a winning MVP. For Diggie, my way to engage is use Skill 2 to pressure him, he will likely use Skill 2 to trap, so do not commit your Skill 1. Let him use skill 2, then use skill 1 to stun him, let him feel he is in danger so he has to use his Ult. After his Ult is gone he is all yours to take. My personal difficulty vs Valir and/or Matilda. My choice of ban is always Matilda because of her skill 2, i will be headlessly chasing his mates.

@@CorgiTVGaming thanks for the response, I greatly appreciate it! It does make sense to play that pressure game, and even more sense because Hylos is built for that with high defense and hp. I'll keep this in mind to play smarter, thanks bro! Ahh yes, Valir is truly annoying as he pushes you around and slows your movement - this I agree. I usually try to pressure him to use his skills, then use my ult for my team to follow up on him. He can be slippery to catch due to his skills. Haven't had too many encounters with Mathilda yet, but I'll let you know how I go.

@@dannyyy94 Valir can give me trouble right from level 1, it worsens after he gets Ice Queen Wand. Yeah, Diggie is a non-issue for Hylos. In a late game, pressure him to force his ult at the wrong timing, retreat after he ult and after ult ends, your time to ult.

Revitalize vs Vengeance as a battlespell: Revitalise: Summons a Healing Spring that restores 2.5% Max HP every 0.5 second for 5 seconds (maximum of 25% Max HP). Increases the Shield and HP Regen by 25% for allies within the area of effect (this effect is cannot be stacked up). Vengeance: In the next 3 seconds, each time the hero takes damage deals 40% of the damage taken as Magic Damage to the enemy. Gains 35% Damage Reduction during the period. I will answer this from my perspective based on 2 aspects: Effects and Survivability Effects: To provide numerical example, let's say a typical tank has 10,000 health and a typical squishy hero like marksman or mage has 3,000 health. Revitalise heals up to 25% of health, so it is 2,500health for the tank and 750 for the squishies. Consider the practicality, healing a squishy for 750 is nothing, and the area of effect is so small, if Hylos had to use revitalise to heal a teammate, it means you are standing closely together and are likely taking the damage together. If you had watched my video, my playstyle always penetrates the enemy formation on my own. On the other hand, Vengeance reduces damage taken by 35% for 3 secs. This means, in order to reduce from 10,000 to 0, i must have reduced damage by 3,500 (which is higher than 2,500 healed, right?). More importantly, it reflects 40% of the damage (4,000 damage back to attacker). Based on this computation, I choose Vengeance. Survivability: For this consideration, we always think about how to survive as a tank using our battlespell. For Revitalise, there is no stopping the enemy from attacking you. It just means that to the marksman, you have 12,500 health. For Vengeance, like you said, they can shoot not to attack me, but it would means that I am "unkillable" for 3 secs during vengeance because they are not attacking me. For 3 secs that they are not hitting me, it is not a waste, I am running them down with my damage skills. (Note: heroes like Claude and Irithel's Ult cannot stop attacking and they will be subjected to the full damage from Vengeance). So based on the survivability aspect, i would say Vengeance is my clutch spell to really survive. Hope this explanation helps in your consideration.

Agree, if the enemies are squishy, the little bit of magic power can punish those squishies who don't make any defensive item.

Yes agree, if Tigreal catches a few of the teammates, it can be devastating and that is also the situation I can see revitalize being handy.

Well done! I am happy that the videos have been helpful. Upon checking my other videos where I have been making Twilight Armor, you are right. We cannot reduce it below 800. The current tooltip only allows the excess by 0.4% of total health which is around 12,000 health so that works out to be 48% reduction. Meaning taking 1,500 damage will reduce the damage to 1,164 (800 + 0.52% x 700). Thank you for pointing this out, I have made an amended explanation on my video scheduled on 14 July. I have credited the amended explanation to you. Keep an eye on it, cheers.

Agree, but conditional that you get to basic attack the enemy heroes frequently, sometimes it may not be so. In theory, it is a valid viewpoint.

Don't get me wrong, it is a recommended item but with caveats. My opinion is that it is a situational item. It takes 2.4 secs to achieve 6 stacks (Compare that to 6 pulses of your skill 2 on enemies). I just think to optimise - it is a question of which line-up is good to make this item and what sequence to make it. Without optimisation, I think it is also fair to say, all right, just make it my very first item and forget about it. My consideration would be if I want to have a big healthpool vs true damage heroes such as Lesley, Karina etc. For the sequence, I would definitely make elegant gem first and perhaps after Thunder Belt and/or Dominance Ice depending on the Anti-heal needs vs the enemy line-up. If the enemy has lots of dash skills, CC, or slows. Hylos will have some difficulties glueing to the enemy, therefore may not be easy to maintain the stacks. Hope this clears up.

Feedback taken, will think of how to do a comprehensive one. Right now my approach is subjected to enemy hero line-up, but some core items remain the same and I don't have a drastic adjustment. If I ever make a drastic adjustment, I will make a video on it.

My only complaint about being a Jungler as Hylos is that I lose the battlespell Vengeance. If you have watched my videos, vengeance is a key skill to take down marksman and I feel squishy without it. The first adjustment would be your tier 2 talent, it should be seasoned hunter for jungle clearing, and the item adjustment is to make cursed helmet earlier on. Probably lose the blade armor and swap it with Cursed helmet. The rest are pretty much the same.

@@CorgiTVGaming thanks Corgi, I have the exact same mindset when it comes to Vengeance battle spell, and hence why the Hylos play style completely changes when you make that one simple change to Retribution. Only tried once and lost badly due to terrible teammates. Still highest score on my team though. Might try again, but clear speed felt slow and I hate not having Vengeance. So far I find Alpha, Martis, and Julian to be the best junglers. Great clear speed, sustain, and ganking capabilities without being difficult to play like Fanny, Hanzo, Hiyabusa, or Ling. Tank jungling seems to be underwhelming if you don't have a 5-man premade team. You can't rely on your team to deal enough damage and your clear speed is slower than assassins that would just out-level you and kill the rest of your team. I find it much easier to just roam as Hylos and harass the enemy jungler instead.

@@juanquntos7123 The core issue of Hylos is that he relies on Skill 2 to dish out damage on the jungle creeps and it takes 8 seconds to ramp up. It is just way too slow and can feel vulnerable to jungle invades. Eg. Balmond.

my key consideration is that the magic power does not translate into damage for Hylos Skill 2. It only contributes 20% to the damage. So I do not see a point stacking magic power for Hylos. I prefer to have defensive stats because the core role of a roamer tank is to be a sandbag for the team.

@@CorgiTVGaming true that the magic power is limited, but doesn't skill 2 proc the passives for lightning truncheon and glowing wand too? I still haven't tested which does more damage, usually I prioritize cursed helmet before them. They are usually the 5th or 6th item I take.

@@juanquntos7123 I can see glowing wand as a last item if you are playing EXP and not a main tank roamer - if you face very tanky line up: tank jungler, tanky exp and tank roamer. I don’t see a use for lightning truncheon in any build at all.

@@CorgiTVGaming makes sense, I usually only take glowing wand towards end of game if I haven't been dying and we're already winning.

​@@CorgiTVGamingyou need to understand that the 20% is just the scaling of the s2. S2 passive multiply the damage everytime it hits a target, so having more magic power will deal more damage the longer u are in their face compared to none.
