Hi, I’m Denita! 😊 I’m a Certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies. My background is in sports-I played basketball and volleyball in college-and I've always loved how movement can enhance both physical and mental well-being. I've been teaching Pilates for 3 years, both in-studio on the reformer and online, and I truly believe in making Pilates accessible to everyone, no matter their experience level.
As someone who’s always been active, I know the importance of finding movement that feels good, and Pilates has been a game changer in my own journey. I love sharing this practice with others and helping people discover their strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

Are these all sessions you do at home? About how long are they? I would love to start an at home workout. I stay at home with three children and would love to get healthier and more toned.
@@kimberlyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy All of my workouts are at home with no equipment so that you can do them from the comfort of your own home 🥰. I try to keep them no more than 45 minutes so you can do them quickly in the morning or evening when you have a little time to yourself. Good luck with your fitness journey!
