I cut my own bangs! Cut them in increments so that you don't end up with micro bangs the first time around ( I did that the hard way the first time but I've adjusted since). Account for shrinkage. For my bangs to fall precisely where I like them, stretched out they hit the corners of my mouth. That's how I gauge when I need to trim them again.
