Douglas Murray's immediate reaction to Emma Raducanu's "Fairer Tales". The moan/groan just gets me.
Just a clip from a recent Chris Williamson video, I simply found the beginning 15 seconds amusing. Especially the way Douglas Murray responds.
If you find some semblance of joy or happiness from this go ahead and support or at the very least check out Chris Williamson and Douglas Murray. Links to their channels are below. Have a good day.

    The whole reason Jaime attacked Ned was to take him prisoner. "Take him alive, kill his men!" was his order. Then he just left him there. should have taken him with him to Tywin's camp.

    My favorite interaction from this video is the one Tywin has with Jaime. Tywin is one of the most powerful lords in the seven kingdoms, and yet he still chooses to butcher the boar himself.

    Many people missed the fact that Tywin always suspected that Tyrion wasn't his son, but Aerys'. That was probably the source of his spite towards him, instead of his physical attributes, or Joanna's death during labour. Probably one of Tywins' very few flaws, and his ultimate doom.

  • @cwdoby

    I wonder if Tywin REALLY cares about the concept of family and legacy, or if he knows he is just buying into it to give his life meaning and give him an excuse to be so cruel. Is he aware enough to know he is full of it?

    • @LegionIvory
      @LegionIvory 15 дней назад

      Nah, that was just an excuse. The reality is Tywin feared what people thought of him and the Lannister name if 'The Imp' assumed power over Casterly Rock. Cersei and Jamie were far worse than Tyrion, but they could hide their flaws. Tyrion couldn't.

    Book: Tyrion survived a near impossible battle, earned tywins respect giving him the title to serve as hand of the king while he was gone. Show: Gets knocked out before the battle starts, joins a meeting with tywin and breaks a wine glass, tywin is impressed by that and gives him the title as hand of the king, the second most powerful person in the world of game of thrones

    Tywin was obviously a brilliant strategist and commander but when it came to his kids (in a feudal setting, probably your biggest assets) he failed pretty badly. Even besides his contempt for Tyrion, he tried to just order them around and treat them like soldiers, and when it didn’t work, he never adapted his approach. A lighter, more manipulative touch would’ve given him better results. You can say that Cersei and Jamie were unreasonable and incompetent all you want, but in the end Tywin refused to play the hand he was dealt. It probably cost him and his house everything.

    Tywin constantly jacked himself off on the idea of Family and Legacy but his children were usually Monsters who despised him for being a dogshit father and he reviled them whenever they acted even remotely well .He destroyed his legacy through his inhumanity .
