Which brand is actually capable of removing lug nuts from a semi tractor. All impacts brand new. With fully charged batteries. Testing all impacts on a 33mm impact socket. Looks like the 3/4inch dewalt impact comes out the best for tractor lugs nuts.

Gopher IT Challenge Hot Pepper out of garden
Your socket is getting stuck to the lug nut bud. It's what happens when the nut isn't moving at all. Just about all battery impacts do it.
You con artist european american😂
The lugs should have been tested to see if they were torqued to the same tightness.
The test before he started ,the lugs should have been torked
Both are go to impacts
Fake Milwaukee battery
Dude earplugs geeeez
Do you typically use a torque wrench to tighten the tires of these large trucks?
I don't think you're supposed to but the torque spec is probably higher than what he applied.
450-500 ft lbs
Run the gun, it makes its biggest torque after a few seconds. You keep feathering the trigger in and out. May as well hit it with your purse!
It's "has", not "got".
As of April '24 you made me relieved I just decided to purchase the 897 rather than the 900 DeWalt to wack the 19mm nuts of my Jag which I have to say it achieves with prodigious ease. If DW eventually produce a 1 inch version then I'm going for it. Nice video 👍🇬🇧
The hesitation in your trigger finger isn't doing it any favors.
You have a fake battery on the milwaukee.
Aftermarket battery 🔋 not alway the best.
Milwaukee always beats Dewalt I don’t care 🙄🤮
Oh ok lol lets see this Milwaukee outperform a DCF961 😆😆
Those wheels are on connected to a sem eye, not a sem E. Unless of course your a crazy Canuk. Just kidding, thanks for the video!
😂 No problem or struggled for a little bit? Which one?
The milwaukee test was more like 10 seconds
just showing off new stuff without action.
Spray those nuts with wd40.. be waaayyyy easier removing....
I got the Milwaukee one because I did the home depot hack to get it cheaper 🙂
I think this whole trend has been ridiculous. We have had different size impact wrenches for different needs for a very long time, and for a very good reason. Even if you can put more torque to a drive and socket, that doesn't mean the square or the socket is built for that kind of work. More torque on a 1/2 inch just means beating up the tool, beating up the drive, beating the sockets and making everything fail quicker. You don't need more power in that tool, you need to go grab your 3/4 inch anyway, or your 1 inch if you have it. All of this "torque numbers" for smaller tools is all about marketing and trying to beat competitors. Not make better tools or do a better job. We are going backwards.
Деволт херня стирается внутри что то и не крутит...
Buen video
I see your a mechanic like me in Canada have to be one of this powerful as ever hope it gets released in Canada soon
lol this video is hilarious. This is one of the only videos on RUclips of a Milwaukee not being able to take off a semi lug nut. But wait the in the other videos the guys are using Milwaukee batteries on a Milwaukee 2767. I imagine how the dewalt would perform with an Amazon knock off battery. 🧐
Dcf 900 is faster type of dcf 899, its spin too fast so anvil is not sit properly on hamer while they impacting, it causing the impacting proses gets premature (not on the right weight), that what i think.
Is the 899 better?
@@user-sf7kl9uh7k dcf900 still better for now, and more durable maybe due to new select button design. For short stroke of impact i think its no contest, but for big rusty nut/bolt it would be jammed due to speed.
It looks like you had it on the tighten/loosen mode. You need to have it on 3 for full strength.
The reason the Milwaukee would not do the job is that is not a real Milwaukee battery on it how can you have a accurate test when you don't even use a real Milwaukee battery that's an Amazon special
Milwaukee tool battery isn't Milwaukee's
Literally just bought the DeWalt xr an hour ago , literally
How it’s holding up?
Use a 1" and 5/16 socket with the Dewalt 1/2, try it and thank me later. The socket fits tighter and stops it doing the chattery popcorn noise.
Fake Milwaukee battery 😂
This is painful to watch
That's a fake Milwaukee battery on the m18.
Use a Hazet or any other German made socket and no issue with sockets
Milwaukee with the hookey battery didn't even get ten seconds on the rears. T.T.C always shows gains right up to 15 seconds.
A 1 5/16" socket should perform better than the 33mm and should not get stuck on the nut.
The bolt removal mode sucks that’s why it was acting like that put the 900 on speed 3
What happens if you put it in second gear
That happens when the socket gets stuck to the nut
Appears the 1/2” DCF961 is the latest as of August 2023.
thank you for real world tests dude!
When I first got my Milwaukee high torque I thought I would save some money, so got some aftermarket batteries and didn't think my high torque was that good.. But then
Why are you using a knock-off Milwaukee battery? LoL!
Not mine. Shop I work in bought it. Yup! Lol! That what I said to my shop too! Why? My work said they were cheap, and its the same. Lol! Nope!
Doesn't look like the newest dewalt... pick up a dcf961... and brace your wrist 😂 strongest cordless 1/2 on the market
Thnx for the real world test.
Wd40 b4 will help loads on any impact tool.. dewalt excellent value..
Aftermarket battery or not you are letting both the dcf900 and 2767 bind on the nuts creating torque lock. When that happens put them in forward hit the trigger and then restart. You can tell when that happens every time.
Will try that out, thanks!
Battery makes a huge difference. Bigger battery creates more power. Also by not using the same ah battery you're not testing the tool honestly.
I knew you were from Canada before I checked the "About" on your profile because you called it "Kraft Dinner." That's done only here in Canada. :D I've been doing this sort of adaptation to it for years, only I cook mine in the microwave because I haven't always had a stove to cook it on. Mine still turns out incredibly good. I'll still add ketchup much of the time because it's what I like, but doing it this way makes it so good that, like you said, ketchup's not nearly as wanted with it. :)
