Thank you so much for the support throughout this marathon journey. Even though I didn’t finish the marathon, I’ve gained a newfound perspective on life and I'll make sure to take that into this next chapter of life/running. This is only the Beginning. Stay tuned.

This is why you cant be forcibly taken to hospital but if people are deemed to be incapacitated/not in their right mind then you can be taken bacause you arent deemed capable of making that choice head injury can make people really agressive especially such a hard knock onto concrete and should always be taken to hospital because of the chance of brain bleed
In my mind he finished the race. He ran all the miles & got to the pt where he could even see the finish line. Taking an extra 20 steps wouldn’t be worth the health risk. That man in neon green knew what he was talking about and he genuinely cared 🔥 we need more ppl like him in this world
I commend you for your efforts. I remember back in HS I set unrealistic goals and tried to plan things out that my body was not ready for, I am an overachiever too. You have your entire life ahead of you. Please find a marathon coach and properly train for Marathons. There are so many things you need to learn and properly train your muscles to run at this level. 🙏 I have no doubt you will run more marathons and I love your enthusiasm to run but please prepare the right way. Best of luck to you! 💕
I'm glad your ok no race is worth your health. I'm more of a running nerd than a runner currently having never competed in more than 5ks but I've read a lot of stuff at the risk of marathons. since you love running i would like to suggest an ultra 50 mile and aim for a 7 or 8 hour mark i think the mix of beautiful terrain and being forced to walk certain stretches would be more psychologically rewarding and less physically tolling on you. just a suggestion but I wish you luck and success however you choose to continue your running journey!
Soldier 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Gws 🥺🥺🥺
Hey i got in a crash once and died and came alive knowing i was just stinkin dead dude. Not kidding. And when i came back i kept remembering the last thoughts in my head before i died and it was this, "God im gonna b perfect for you and never do anything to make you unhappy and youll take me to heaven." And i died. And i came back again and got my new birth like God said. If anyone needs that, lemme know. I know the way. Xoxoxox
Im 5’ and weigh 113. Do you think gaining weight will make me faster? I run 18:55 5k
I don’t think gaining [weight] will make you faster…but gaining [muscle] will definitely increase your running economy + can help with getting faster
Lots of fun😊
i wanna go to hong kong too
yessir
That head slam was so terrifying to watch, head trauma and especially brain inflammation are injuries that are not easily understood. Not to mention having a seizure on top of that is triple issues. I think your brain was trying to figure out everything both visually and sensorally, but I want to let you know from medical staff who have handled worse people than you that you had a lot going on. But that one medical staff member acted inappropriately to you mocking you asking the year. You're a kid, and you basically met your maker who wanted you to stick around.
Hey. Im new here. So glad you are ok. I have asthma. I walked a 5k in girls on the run. It was hard but i did it. Now with my heart problems i cant even barely walk in a grocery store.
Nice video!
Thanks William! 🙏
I could have visited u if u went outside the airport.
LOL don't worry, we'll fly down to LA during the summer to visit you guys :)
@IanTa Lets go!!!!
@IanTa lets goooooo
bty i have a day off from school tommorow because there is CRAZY WINDS TODAY!!!, it was so strong that it blew out some trees.
@williamta3036 dang that’s crazy! 🤯
You stayed int la for how long?
we had a 2 hour layover at LAX
@IanTa YOOOO!!!
glad your ok, there's always gonna be more races so just use this as a learning lesson.
Hope your ok and I ran a marathon and 3 half marathons all in less then a year as a 14 year old and when I ran the marathon I ran it in 4 hours and 28 minutes then two weeks later I ran my 3rd half and got a pr which was 2 hours flat then a week later ran a 10 miler which was going to be a another half but it changed last minute so I ran 1 hour 48 minutes but I injured my knee half way and i would’ve gone faster if my knee started to hurt but ya that all that was in November and late October in a span of less than a month I ran 60.3 miles that month with just races combined with these 3 without practice so that’s crazy
How long was the trip total?
~21 hrs from when I left the hotel to when I landed in SFO
Welcome back 🇺🇸
RAHHHHHHHH 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅🦅

Bruh is that all you care about, his watch?😂
Nah this video making me doubt to continue running
Just saw your content pop-up as I start thinking about maybe running a half marathon just started running in 2024 with the 5K and 10 K down so even though you probably don’t feel very inspiring by this performance, it is and you are inspiring; please keep running healthy
You hit your head hard and had heat stroke. Go easy!
This is a crazy story wishing you a quick recovery
Glad your okay bud your health is so important ❤
Did you get an mri or ct scan? I would get checked by a neurologist as soon as fuking possible brother. You might have had a concussion as wel. Also NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER, push at the end for a marathon NEVER. Keep your pace stable.
Hi day 5 of speeding happines bye saying hi
Hey ian!!
Hey!
Thank you for sharing your experience and your epic marathon journey. I appreciate your honest video.
I've had that feeling of being a lifeless body like you described, scariest thing to happen to me. I could hear and understand what was going on around me just couldn't do anything. Accepted my death just like you said too haha. It did mess with me for a few years quite badly, talk to those close to you it helps a lot. Glad to see you're doing better.
LEMME JOIN :D I was actually born there How is it? Happy new year!
11:49 they are just taking a sweet time to put that thing on while there’s a kid basically going unconscious every 5 minutes next to them. What’s their problem??
You are a warrior. That’s it. U should be proud of yourself and please, take care of yourself, don’t push yourself until you are 100%. There’s a long path and a bright future ahead ❤
I hope you see a doctor and get things sorted out, before you start exercising again! All the Best 4You!
oml you really went over your body limit glad to see your ok now
Yo man I know it is kind of a late comment but I saw you faint when you where near the finish and then with the medics. Hope your doing well!

Sup Ian, i am glad you are okay and glad nothing bad happened to you or your ATP cycle. Praise the Lord that your okay. Also, I like your Ccs hoodie cause my school runs in ccs, im not on varsity but ive gone to the Ccs. Good video!
I’m doing the hot chocolate 10k! I live 45 minutes south from there
I just followed you on Strava
Just some advice, maybe see an exercise physiologist? Maybe they can teach you how to monitor your health while your running.
Dude, why on earth did they keep you race side when you should have be rushed to the hospital!?!
Nice Your to good 😀
Thnx
😃
On your next vid I’ll comment so remember
I’ll def remember you lol
