RIPMAX TRANSITION
flown with a 4s 1300mah li-po, easy to hover/maneuver as a quad.
easy to fly as a plane.
transition from quad to plane is smooth....
transition from plane to quad requires the plane to be flying slowly at switching.
you only get a few minutes flight until the red light warning...which means land immediately ! good fun tho.

This is the first outing with this bike, it has three modes... mode stable, is easier to get used to the bike controls.. mode wheelie, for getting used to doing some wheelie stunts mode dirt n dust,,,,for going crazy in loose gravel and dirt etc This video is in mode stable.......more to come....

first lift off. I recommend just hovering around for several battery packs. To get more control feel, try LOWERING the exponential values on aileron and elevator dual rates. also increasing the high throttle curve values from 60 to 65 or 70 may give more stability after the initial six or so flights. just small adjustment tweaks if necessary. nice heli.

Very nice. That is so much better looking than the Smartmodel version. I wonder if it's possible to kit bash a century or RC aerodyne 5 blade head + 3 blade tail on there for maximum scale look.
hey, i just bought the same fuselage! I'm putting in a E620 instead of the raptor 50. It flies pretty nice :D
