I'm using this version because I just missed killing uber exarch using the shield version a 2nd time so I wanted a little more damage to be safe
We EQ twice before engaging the boss so that our third hit is a ruthless blow
The way our rotation is setup our off hand is effectively just a stat stick since our actual damaging hit (3rd hit) just uses our frostbreath since EQ alternates weapons when dual wielding.

- I still tried to keep the gear reasonable for ssf but compared to the ignite version this uses non targetable uniq...
