I am a doctor as well and though I don't like people having minimal knowledge and trying to replace doctors. In the cosmetology aspect the knowledge of a non-medico cosmetologist is comparable to a MD derma because cosmetology is not something that is taught during MD it is something you have to pursue after MD and the courses available for the same are the ones taken by everyone else

​Plz check the proper qualifications of ur guests before u call them @drrashmishettyra apparently did her dermatology degree from CPS,Mumbai which is not even recognised in Telangana, then how is she calling herself a dermatologist in Hyderabad. Its illegal. And till 2014-2015 she was featured in articles as "aesthetic physician" which means somebody who just did mbbs but is into cosmetology. How come she suddenly became a dermatologist now? I have checked her linkedin profile too. There is no exact time period of when she did her PG of 3 yrs in dermatology. CPS is notorious for taking admissions without any entrance exam, no rigorous training and just giving away degrees etc. Even NMC has requested health ministry now to scrap off CPS as it violates the rules of how a medical organisation should function which makes me wonder did she even study dermatology there or just purchased her degree from them..and even if she did, her course from CPS ..doesnt make her as good as an MD dermatologist. In her podcast with @ryan_nutrition_coach she boasted off being a dermatologist and not just an aesthetic physician which is conflicting to google articles on her from 2014-15. Most of those articles are PR and hence cant be wrong with mentioning the credentuals of the doctor. So if she was really a dermatologist back then, why did she downplay herself to being just an aesthetic physician? It all the more makes me wonder just to get that tag of "dermatologist" for extra credibility did she buy your way out from CPS? There was no need for her to diss on aesthetic physicians in her podcast bcoz aesthetics is never anyways taught in ur PG days..so an mbbs graduate might be well versed in aesthetics like a dermatologist..but the question is how can a mole like dr rashmi even talk on that differentiation? Even if u argue that she may be after 2014-15 she did her post graduation in dermatology, there is no way that post 2015 when she already been practising as an aesthetic physician for years she again did her PG in dermatology for 3 yrs alongside her practise and thats why probably she chose CPS which is bad at training, not having rules of strict attendance so that she has an easy way out? LMAO..So namesake dermatology degree b mil gayi market mai flaunt karne but no solid knowledge at all. She isnt anyways into much of clinical dermatology..but more into aesthetics..so that dermatology degree from CPS is just for clout and to get her an access into dermatology conferences all over that mandate havimg a dermatology degree. How much of core dermatology she learnt or knows is doubtful
