Can with Me - Black Bean & Veggie Soup
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I can’t wait to try it! How long do you thaw the pizza dough once you take it out the freezer? What’s the bake temp and time?
You can put an oscillating fan on them too, inside, to get them used to wind…it makes them grow thicker stems.
Thank you! I do this as well! They usually have a fan on them on my indoor plant shelf. With the temperatures warming up I couldn't resist putting them outside for a while!
Baaad music😮😮
Thanks for your engagement on my post. It really helps my channel grow 👍
this song is an ear rabe. swift is mid tier at best
Thanks for your engagement on my post! It really helps my channel grow 👍
Did you let it bulk rise on the counter for several hours before placing it in the fridge? I have no luck with bulk fermentation in the fridge.
Yes I usually mix up the dough at night so I leave it on the counter to bulk ferment overnight. If I don't bake it the next morning, then I'll put it in the fridge so it doesn't overproof.
Everything looks amazing! Do u have a recipe for ur bagels?
She did a video on them a couple months ago.
Thank you! Yes there is a full video on my channel with the bagel recipe! 🥯
great content ❤
Thank you! 💜
I'm living vicariously through your microbakery. I 'retired' from restaurant work years ago, but have been kicking around a similar idea for years. It's so nice to see someone else thriving with it.
Thank you so much! It's been so fun, with your restaurant experience you should totally do it! I think you would really enjoy it and the best part is you only have to do when you WANT to!
That's a great product
I really love it so far!
Red/blue lights are supplementary lights at best. You need some full spectrum white. These seedlings are leggy 🥲
I have full spectrum white. I move the plants around between the white and colored and they always get what they need.
Love your videos . New subs.❤❤❤
Thank you!
Waouh
I really hope you go viral you did so much work I need to get a few I’m in the RUclipsr to hope you do better you are so awesome
I watched your RUclips video. Your every video is really awesome. But your channel and your videos expect more views and subs. I analyzed Your RUclips channel and I found RUclips video SEO is not done. This is why your video is not going viral and views are not increasing.
Thanks
What is malt powder?
It's made from ground barley! Helps with the fermentation and flavor of the bread! Adds more of a grain/wheat flavor. Not required but it definitely added a nice flavor and gorgeous brown color!
@@TrellisandTrails thank you!
@rebeccadees2300 no problem! Oh also I had to order it from Amazon, I don't think my local grocery stores carry it.
🤣🤣
Love your vibes, and your garden! Pro tip for the future, if you're going to use a mic like that, try to keep your hair away from it so it'll make less noise. I loved the video!!
Thank you so much! Yes I realized after, that was definitely the issue!
Too close
I'm aware. They grew a ton while I was on vacation.
Idk about too close, I think it's the type of lights.
Food looks bomb!
What’s the best tool to use for scoring
A bread lame for sure! I've tried using just a knife but a bread lame makes it much easier and a nicer cut.
Do you use rain water for the bees? And then hang it on a bird feeder?
Yes! I like to just use water out of my rain barrel, put it back into the earth!
Why are there rocks in the water?
It’s a climbing surface for the bees. Because otherwise they would fall in into the water.
Yes exactly! It gives them something to sit on. Bees can drown easily in water, so giving them a surface to be able to safely drink from is important! They also prefer murky/dirtier water than fresh clean water. Algae/moss/earthy odors help attract the bees to the water.
ahh yes... the rarest of resources.... water... making up only 75% of the planets surface....
Thanks for your comment! Your engagement on my post really helps my channel. 👍
We just had two feet of snow were my cousin lives
I'm not convinced we're done with the snow yet either!
I LOVE BEES❤
Me too!!
I dunno. You might want to use pressure treated wood or seal the wood with wax or boiled linseed oil.
I don't need them to last forever. My established beds were built the same way and they are still great after 3 years! Since this isn't our forever homestead and we probably will only be in this home for a few more years, it isn't worth the extra money when these get the job done just as well!
@@TrellisandTrails Fair enough.
What is the name of the farm/butcher you sourced your bison from? Did I miss that in the video?
It's Rock River Ranches! I didn't directly mention it in the video, but highly recommend!
Delicious!
Thank you! They are so good!
Yummy
Thank you for the recipe. How many ml is the bottle please?
Of course! It was 330ml.
Something happened to that sourdough. Did you let it fully cool before cutting into it?
Sure didn't! Because I was ready to eat it and it tastes just as delicious either way.
@@TrellisandTrails totally understandable. American bread is so delicious it's hard to resist
I like to use a rounded dough scrapper for the initial mix, working it ffrom the outside to the inside while turning the bowl with the other hand, this helps not loosing floor to the sides of the bowl, nice bread ! :)
Yes! I sometimes use a Danish dough whisk to mix mine as well.. and sometimes just my hands. Totally depends on how I'm feeling! 😉 thank you!
Great recipe, gonna have to try it! At what temperatures did you bake it ? 20m with the lid 20m without or?
Thank you! I baked it at 450 degrees but it baked much quicker than my usual sourdough loaves. I baked it for around 40 minutes (about 30 with lid on and 10 with lid off). I would actually try 20m with lid on and then about 10-20m with off, but I would watch it closely at this point because it might only take 10 or so. I also live at high elevation so if it baked for only 40mins, it will probably be much quicker if you live at lower elevation! Let me know if you try it!
Cilantro reseeds itself easily. That's how I keep fresh through the season.
I don't know why I have such a problem with it! I can't keep it alive long before it bolts, but then I don't think I give it a chance to really grow back after it goes to seed. I'm excited to try this slow bolt kind and see if it makes a difference!
Thank you so much for the recipe!🍀 I really want to try it. Is malt powder really necessary? What will change if I don't add it? 😊
You're so welcome! I think you could do without the malt powder since it's only 10grams. I think as long as you're adding the Guinness that's what really gives it the flavor. From what I can tell, I think the malt powder does add some flavor but more so adds to the color and makes it more brown than typical sourdough. Let me know what you think after you try it!

They were delicious!
So good!
I saw a thing on MI Gardner, where he said to put a quarter of an inch of sand or vermiculite on top of your soil after the first up potting. I’ve done that it seems to be working. God bless you and your family. Duane.
Thank you! I'll give this a try!
@@TrellisandTrails I’m sorry I forgot to mention in there that he said to do that for the fungus gnats. I apologize. God bless you and your family. Duane.
Thanks for sharing your video with us. Nice seed haul. New subscriber 195.😊
Thank you!
I actually ended up buying 25 of those Dollar Tree vertical planters for herbs and flowers. I'm thinking about trying some of the lettuces, radishes and baby carrots in some as well, but I'm not certain on that yet. Just a heads up, if you haven't found out already, the little drainage holes can be a bit of a pain to punch out because some of them stick. I wish I had drilled them instead of doing it by hand 😂
I thought about trying radishes and some other veggies too maybe! We'll see! Ah thanks so much for the tip! I'll definitely drill them out!
Think i might have to try this, thanks they look great
Let me know if you try it! It's such an easy recipe!
Looks like shit
Maybe I'll try making kale powder this year. I like to grow it because it is so easy and so prolific but we don't eat much of it so this way I could use more. Thanks!
