Absolute BS! You are quoting figures they say yet haven’t had a car on Dyno. Tuning box like above trick ECU to raise the boost and what you feel is some extra torque from earlier onset of boost making you think you are gaining some power. But I had my car dynoed with the very same box, and the gain was a mere 13bhp. Not ideal. So for a statement that you have the fastest 135i is actually funny lol. Keep dreaming man

Something you can do if you want to have the straight pipe sound but not lose the backbox is to get an electronic valve from a secondhand TT mk3 exhaust (there are many others which use this valve also, like the Focus RS mk3). Just cut the valve out and get an exhaust shop to weld in a pipe which will have this valve on it, from the midpipe just before the backbox, to the exit pipe on the backbox, basically bypassing the backbox. You can of course leave the original/stock valve how it is, or remove it, or mod it so it stays open. This way you can wire in a switch in the dash to open or close the valve whenever you want. The valve is really easy to wire up, its just 3 pins: positive and negative power, and a signal wire which all it does is detect if its earthed or not, and that decides if the valve is open or closed - so its just a wire going to ground and put the switch wherever you want on that wire. The cheaper/easier alternative is to just put a pipe with the valve further up the exhaust system, so when the valve is open it bypasses all the secondary cats and resonators.
