Hello Sir Last Year Maine Gaming Se 20 Lakh Ki income Ki thi Jisme har ek diposit me pure sal 28% gst toa government ko jata hi hai Sath me 20 lakh ki net winning me 6 lakh tds bhi kat gya but same year me mera 14 lakh loss ho gya toa mai toa 0 me aagya government mera 6 lakh ka tds wapis kare kyonki financial year ke net winning pe 30% tds hai n jisme 6 lakh k profit me 2 lakh hi tds government ko banta h toa 4 lakh wapis karo Yadi mai gaming wallet me hi paisa chor deta toa 31 march ko 2 lakh hi kat ta n aap ye batawo net winning mera 6 lakh or sb tds bhar diya mere pass bacha 0₹ + 3 lakh ka karja ye government bhut kharab h kripya nyay kiya jaye nhi toa jab janta nyay karegi n toa ye government bhi nhi bachega or government ke ander bhrastachari log bhi nhi

I have paid challan of rs. 1000 through epay tax on 02- 09-2024 for linking my pan card with aadhaar card. But the challan is not yet updated on the portal. So you are requested to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

10:46 self assessment tax was not paid & I didn't choose pay later option also I confirmed for prevalidation and my current ITR view status is demand estimated showing Amount. What can I should do.

Processing of ITRs is being delayed as comparison to previous years. Processing of ITRs Filed in July are still awaited . Kindly arrange quick and early processing to minimize mental pressure on honest tax payers.

Income tax return filled on 14th may.2024 for A.Y 2024-25 but assessment not yet done still now. Grivence given so maney times . I still confused the word batchbaesd processing system. PAN NO. AUDPB6705A. Moreover those who filled return july.2024 end they got their return. This type of processing system from department is very disappointing. Grivence already given to public grivence portal but no responce still received from that portal. I think most poor assessment systems.

Its been 6 days I paid challan for Major Income Tax (Other than Companies) (0021) and Minor Other Receipts (500) fee for delay in linking PAN with Aadhaar. But still while trying to link aadhar it is re-directing to the payment page. Please help me it is important to me.

I want to link my adhar and pan. I paid 1000rs on portal on 30th July 2024. From 8th of aug 2024 it's showing that wait 48hrs and it's more than 7 days now. I don't know what I have to do i need to wait or what i have to do.

For the past 7 years I use to file IT Returns and submit to the department in time. Now this year filed IT return 2024-25 and got acknowledged no also but IT Dept.while processing my return not validated my bank account deliberately and sent intimation my bank evc not verified.It is ruthless and ridiculous to make this portal available to CAs only

Dear Sir / Madam My Pan no AAFPS7845E I hv now been following up for my refund for AY 2017-18 for about 4+ years. I hv filed so many grievances, sent numerous mails and even tagged IT dept on social media on this issue. I hv even visited AO couple of times. Refund orders have been passed twice. Yet the dept has not released my refund for so many yrs. Plain and simple matter is that AO had sent order for refund and again sent revised order this year on same issue. The Order also states that CPC demand of Rs. 10760/- has been wrongly adjusted my refund due of Rs. 3,84,456/- plus applicable interest. Despite all of above, CPC once again quashed my grievance filed on E-portal. I would like to request your intervention and kind help to kindly clear this rgds Chetan Shah
