Snape's Peace Of Mind
Просмотров 32415 лет назад
Just a Severus Snape tribute I threw together when I was bored. Snape is the only reason I watch the Harry Potter movies
Mr. Green: I killed Mr. Body in the hallway with a gun.
Wadsworth: “And monkey’s brains, though popular in Cantonese cuisine, are not often to be found in Washington D.C. Mr Green: “is that what we ate?” (immediately heads to the bathroom with disgusted look on his face)
RIP Colonel Mustard
The FBI always gets their man. MRS. PEACOCK WAS A MAN?!
To make a long story short.....
"Why would he threaten to kill you in public?" "I think he meant he'll kill her WHILE in public." "Ah."
Unusual choice of song for the end credits.
Mr Green "I told you I didn't do it!"
White: Are you a cop? Green: No, I'm a plant. Scarlett: I thought men like you were usually called a fruit. Green: Very funny.
“They all did it! But if you want to know who killed Mr. Boddy, I did. in the hall. with the revolver. Okay Chief, take them away. I’m going to go home and sleep with my wife.”
You had a letter, and you had a letter, and you had a letter, and you had a letter, and you had a letter, and you had a let....
Mr. Green : They all did it. But if you wanna know who killed Mr. Boddy, I did. In the hall. With the revolver. Okay, Chief, take 'em away. I'm gonna go home and sleep with my wife.
“Why would he threaten to kill you in public?” “I think she meant he threatened in public to kill her”
Dont' you worry officer, he wont be driving anywhere. We'll get him a car. A long black car. A limousine!
“Sit!!!! No… not you, sir!”
This song is so good like it
Oh and Lee Ving (mr. Body)is in one of the best punk rock bands ever! FEAR
John Belushi was the reason they got on SNL as a musical guest, and were subsequently banned lol
Oh and my mom, aunt , sister and I played this game every time my auntie came into town..mom rip..aunt pat come see your great niece!! ❤
I remember watching this in the theater..with the miss scarlet ending..they sent the different endings too different states..or cities if I remember correctly
I get the honor of playing Wadsworth in “Clue: On Stage” at my community theatre in just 5 days. I cannot wait!!!
This is a year ago, but did it go well?
"Wadsworth, am I correct in saying that there is nobody else in this house?" "No." "So there is somebody else in this house?" "No, sorry. I meant no meaning yes." "No meaning yes?! Look I just want a clear answer on whether there's somebody else in this house, or isn't there? Yes or no?!" "No." "NO THERE IS? OR NO THERE ISN'T?!" "Yes." 😂😂😂
Been watching this film the last 4 days..back to back..lol... Alot of great lines and scenes... His head had been cut off...and so has his..you know...
Instead of Sarah Hyland playing the Telegram Girl maybe Michelle Creber could.
And Pam Ferris could play the Cook and Michael McKean could be the Evangelizer/Chief of police.
If they remade Clue the cast could be Jenny Slate: Miss Scarlett Ginnifer Goodwin: Miss White Taran Killiam: Mr. Green Ty Burrell: Professor Plum Tyler Perry: Colonel Mustard Alison Janney: Miss Peacock Jim Parsons: Mr. Boddy Tom Hiddleson: Wadsworth Sarah Hyland: Singing Telegram Girl Daniel Kaluuya: Motorist Neil Flynn: Cop
I remember seeing this in the theater when it came out when I was 8 years old and Paramount made it to where you had to go to a different theater to see the alternate endings.
Love this movie
One of the best comedies ever. A Special Edition Blu Ray should be released immediately!
Fun fact, no one knows who sang this version of the song for the film. This isn't Bill Haley, or Joe Turner, and it was never credited to the correct singer for the film.
Courtesy of Clue's "Trivia" page on IMDb: _The song to which Yvette (Colleen Camp) is dancing in the beginning of this movie, "Shake, Rattle, and Roll", is the version recorded by Bill Haley & The Comets, only it is sped up with the pitch increased. This trick was also used in Airplane! (1980), in which a sped-up version of the Bee Gees song "Stayin' Alive" was played._ It doesn't specifically mention the song played during the credits, but this might be the answer to the decades old question. It's my favorite version of the song and I've been curious about the performer's identity for a long while now. I'm fairly certain that the _Wikipedia_ page for Clue used to include a mention about the confusion regarding this version of the song, but it's gone now.
@@bubufubu The wikipedia entry is right. The scene with Yvette is playing a faster version of the Bill Haley version, however the version during the credits is not Bill Haley singing, and doesnt match any known recorded versions. I think the best theory is that they had a band record a version to avoid getting the rights, but that band wasnt credited.
@@dbsagacious How do you know, with absolute certainty, that the version played during the end credits is _not_ performed by Bill Haley & His Comets? Your theory doesn't seem to make any sense if the version with Yvette dancing _is_ performed by Bill Haley & His Comets, but manipulated.
@@bubufubu It has been discussed on certain forums and such for a long time, and i believe that the reason they used the modified version in the Yvette scene is to get around paying. But for the end credits they did not want to use a silly sped up version, so contracted a band to preform a version. This is of course speculation. As i said, noone knows for sure
Favorite movie quote: IM NOT SHOUTING! Alright I am, IM SHOUTING IM SHOUTING IM SHO…* BONK*
Tim Curry is a LEGEND.
I can hear dropout artifacts at 3:06, brings me back.
I still hold out hope we'll see a future release with the 4th ending. For those that don't know, another outcome was filmed, with Tim Curry being the killer. He escapes from the police in a car, but a dog in the back attacks him, causing him to crash. Apparently, it was filmed and completed, but never put in the film.
Sadly it’s most likely lost by now.
This movie is a Classic!! The best screen play adaption of a board game adaption to a motion picture.!! A killer comedy.... 👍👍 two thumbs up!!
This movie is timeless!! Perfectly cast.
I just saw this movie haha in my country’s dub close with “where you’re going?” “To sleep with my wife” haha I love it so much that I wanna see it again xD
shake rattle and roll ... you know like dice. making jokes till the last minute.
"Even if you were right, that would be one plus one plus two plus one, not one plus two plus one plus one."
No, that would be one plus one plus two plus one, not one plus one plus one.
The good old days I just love ❤️ lesley Ann warren
LET US IN LET US IN LET US OUT LET US OUT
"That's not six" "1+2+2+1"
Tim Curry is one of the best actors ever!
“Life after death as is improbable as sex after marriage!”
- This is a free country. - I didn’t know it was THAT free!
- There is no body in the study. - No body? - I mean “nobody”. Nobody’s body!
- Let us in, let us in! - Let us out, let us out!
“But he was dead.” “We should’ve made sure.” “By cutting off his head no doubt.” Every time I watch this movie it brings me back to the 80s. A movie I can see 500 times and it never gets old, even as I get older.
Mrs. White - That was uncalled for. LOL
"Told you I didn't do it!"
Ok for some reason these credits sparked a mad crush on professor Plum for me
such a great cast, too!!
my fav part from the movie;; second ending, Mrs. Peacock:: Wadsworth:: it's just like the Mounties, we always get our man Mr. Green:: Mrs. Peacock was a man?! Wadsworth slaps Mr. Green, followed by Colonel Mustard
