I love Ryan Reynolds. He has bog personality and a damn versatile actor. Bit the movie was shit. The writing was shit. The plot was the weakest I have seen in a Marvel movie (and that's hard to do). It was waaaaaay over the top regarding comic relief and jokes. Action sequences....I fell asleep on 2x's. It's just a bad movie. I appreciate the effort and sentiment, but the movie is coasting on hype and prior movies momentum.

Tatiana has never talked about Deadpool & Wolverine and hasn't talked about Marvel in general since her Superhero Comic Con panel back in june, and she also never attacked Ryan. This whole imaginary beef between her and Ryan was made up by Mike Zeroh, who is well-known for fabricating stories and presenting them as facts without ever citing ANY sources. None of the things he said have ever been reported by any reliable news site. Don't believe anything he says and please do your own research before spreading misinformation.

I have never watched this but it’s crazy how people are calling for this show to be cancelled over people being pushed to their limits ( it as a competition) with professional Dancers who train through blood sweat and tears and expect the same from their partners, they are Getting paid for it. Yet Love Island where there have been Suicides linked directly to that show and its lack of Aftercare. Also Big Brother with physical fights and threats. Laughable tbh.

Two words for Disney..."Who Babies". It worked for the Muppets. I vote for the next Doctor to be a young child or Teenager. Fast cars, hot girls, beach adventures. Doctor Who Baywatch! CSI, Doctor Who! A 30 minute sitcom, "Doctor Who Street." The last could also be a children's educational show. The "Doctor Who Club," Writing any of this down Disney!

No they should stop funding it, I’m starting to really resent the BBC for spending my money on left wing political lecturing in EVERY single programme they produce. Virtually everything feels like propaganda, not entertainment. And what happened to ‘impartiality’? I used to enjoy history/ historical fiction but even these are contaminated by an obvious political narrative. It’s tedious, and turning people off viewing their programmes.

I'm not happy with Disney's involvement with Doctor Who. The show needs to get back to it's roots with good story's and stop being too much about the visuals

I'm not concerend. Disney bought international streaming rights. They aren't really "co funding", though did put a fai chunk of cash in. Disney have had little input. Yes, viewing figures are low for live broadcast - but compared to TV overall, it's doing well. Not megabucks well, but well enough. ALL live viewing figures are down. Disney don't care about live views. Yeah, they may cut the funding. But if they were worried, they would have done that before he second series started running. Dr Who is different, but saying this series is "bad", is not true. You didn't like it, fair enough! I've not liked every episode, but overall, it's been a pretty good series. It's just a shame RTD is great at building suspepnse, mystery & threat, but terrible at resolving the threat! Compare "magic dog lead" to "making use of real world physics in a cunning trap." He's also not good with "likeable by dim" characters - eg. Dot & Bubble. They always end up annoying, especially when we are supposed to like them before plot happens. There's been a decent mix of "new Who" stories in the series, from Monster of The Week, through various genres. Who doing what it does best! Who has always changed over time. It's always had varying viewing figures - that's partly why it changes. Yes, it's not gong to last forever. It's already been ended once, and had a couple of "pauses" in new Who too.

Disney trashed Dr Who as they do with everything these days, good ridence!

I don't want the show back unless they retcon everything from The Doctor Falls. Everything since has damaged this show beyond repair.

That's not accurate that this last (current) season of Doctor Who hasn't brought in young viewers. That's the one demographic that they did quite well in. I agree that by the look of it Disney will not renew after season 2, and fair enough for what they wanted/needed out of it. There are two factors though that haven't frequently been raised, and that's that Disney+ globally haven't done much to promote the show (which can also be attributed to its low start which, as per the trend for most shows, slowly slipped from there after its debut episodes for the season) and that in virtually all countries across the world that previously aired doctor Who they were free to air and as such there was always going to be a big drop in worldwide figures (it was what I predicted, no matter how good the show is). Edit: The referred to influx of new young fans is primarily in the UK figures based on BBC data of their UK broadcasts of the most recent series. Disney+ has also seen a slight increase in young Doctor fans on North America but sadly a decline of older fans, a reasonable amount of which is attributable to not everyone having Disney+

Getting itaway from Disney interference and replacing the cast and writers could only be good. Why is sci-fi with good stories regarded as a crime to these people.

I can only agree with your viewpoint. I am also expecting another 'rest'. Look at the time scales. NewWho lasted roughly the same as the Classic series. (In fact, longer in terms of years, I think? But not in terms of weekly exposure?) I'm not in a position to compare actual broadcast hours of Classic and Nu. Perhaps you are?

I remember RTD ridiculing Hartnell's "Merry Christmas" message to the viewers in what was effectively a throwaway stand-alone episode of The Dalek Masterplan that was very light and silly in tone as it's broadcast fell on Christmas day. Now he thinks Dr Who is suited to fourth walls breaks with no explanation. If one was being uncharitable, one might say he has no ******* clue himself, he's just churning out any old tripe that pops into his head.

the biggest problem with the shock value this season (and also in seasons 2 and 3, but not as much) is that it doesn't move the plot forward, it actually did in season 1, this time around it's just there to shock you, this applies to the comedy too
