It's Glutathione injections from a dermatologist... Like MJ and families... All Black's in Hollywood get this injection 💉...😢
Whatever they do and wherever they add new teams one thing is for sure, it would be a horrible idea to add more playoff teams. Nobody should want something like the NBA has where basically most of the league makes the playoffs. There are 30 NBA teams, 15 in each conference and like 20 (10 in each conference) basically get in. I mean with that why even have a regular season? In my opinion baseball already has too many playoff teams with this horrific and idiotic new system. Don't get me started on that whole thing...Well now i'm started...How long can they keep a playoff format that punishes the the very best teams from the regular season and think it is ok? Baseball is unique. It's not like the other major sports. Extended time off isn't helpful it's hurtful. In the other sports time off doesn't negatively impact players because the person throwing, passing or kicking you the ball or puck is on your team and wants you to receive it. Baseball is different, the person throwing the ball your way is on the other team and they do everything they can to keep you from hitting it. Which means timing is everything in baseball and sitting around for nearly a week getting rusty and not facing MLB caliber arms is beyond difficult as the results have shown. The new format is 2 years old and already we've seen the Top 2 seeds in each league lose almost every time. Really the only top seed to win was the Astros and that is less to do with them proving the format is fair and doable and more to do with the luck of the draw with the teams they got to face. Mariners and Twins. Having the reward for your best teams being they get to come in rusty and face a team that just came off a Wildcard round series win riding high is ridiculous. As if that weren't bad enough in their infinite wisdom MLB then makes sure to insert enough off days that that hot wild card teams basically has enough time to have throw their ace and #2 right back out there removing the last semblance of advantage for the Top seeds. Which leads to annoying fan bases of the wild card round winning teams feeling all cocky about their team then beating the higher seed (i'm looking at you Philly fans) like it had more to do with their team and less to do with rust. At the very least MLB needs to make it to where those top 2 seeds have the option of going ahead and playing in the first round.
I can't imagine a world where baseball decides to add another team in Florida. The state has had a little over 30 years (and 26 years on the next one) to show they can be supportive of a team and regularly show up to games. With Orlando you enter the same territory as to why MLB was hesitant to add a team in Las Vegas, they are both major tourist cities with the majority of people there on any given day aren't from there and banking on people who are on vacation and aren't fans of the team as your fan base does not seem like a good business plan. Not to mention most of those people would already have their own favorite team back home. I guess they could time up their visit with when their team plays there. On the off chance they do someday get a team I sure as hell hope that isn't really the name they are thinking of. To me of all the top options out there one place clearly stands out above all the rest, Nashville. Many thought a team in Nashville, and Tennessee as a whole wouldn't draw enough fans but they have Proven with with the Titans that they can be a very loyal fan base. I think the other ideal places are - Portland, Oregon - New Orleans, Louisiana (as long as they take the Diamondbacks, Astros, Rangers route and have a retractable roofed stadium) - The Carolinas (North or South) (I'm actually surprised they haven't already had a baseball team) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Indianapolis, Indiana - Birmingham, Alabama - Louisville, Kentucky - Vancouver, BC If they wanted to spreading baseball as they have I wouldn't be surprised to see somewhere like Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic get a team someday. Baseball plays to often for them to ever put teams to far outside the US. * Whatever happens I just hope they don't add another to California, 48 Cali teams is enough (ok it's just 4 now but still)
I don't know why I necessarily dislike the whole lottery pick thing but I do. It just seemed kind of gimmicky when I saw the whole thing through the NBA. It feels more like an excuse to create an exciting television event rather than trying to keep teams honest. First off I just don't see teams tanking on purpose in baseball, for a few reasons. Maybe the most important thing is these players are guys who have played baseball their whole lives and you don't get to this level without being very competitive. Not to mention most of those players are hoping to put up good enough numbers to ensure their next contract. So good luck to any front office that thinks they can get any player to be bad on purpose. Though more likely than the first one trading away players for prospects isn't done just so a team can lose more. It's done when teams don't have confidence that the team they have now will ever get it done and getting as many prospects as possible for those veterans gives them more opportunities to strike it rich with at least a couple. Which brings us to the whole problem with the lottery in baseball. High draft picks just like top prospects are by no means guaranteed to ever become a great pro or for many to ever even make it to the pros. Basketball unlike baseball is a sport where the top draft picks are damn near guaranteed to be given the keys to the franchise. It is a sport unlike any of the other major sports in that one great player can do a lot on his own to make the team a lot better. In baseball you can't do it alone. Not to mention if they're going to implement the lottery than how can they justify giving the 3rd worst team having the same odds of getting the top pick as the worst team does? That makes even less sense than the whole thing as a whole. I sure hope the NFL doesn't screw around and follow these other sports lead. Knowing you're team is picking 1st or at least early is all fans of crappy teams have to look forward to during a bad season or two.
We don't need teams getting in because they can pay $500b, we need a real open system where any club can make it.
Canada is capped. The CSA won't likely license any more top tier clubs not involved with Canadian leagues. Ottawa and Calgary have both been stopped in the early stages of MLS bid planning.
Oakland would be perfect. The roots have incredible support and the colosseum site is ready to be built on for a new stadium
Just read the rules of the lottery and Im done with baseball today now
Vegas is inevitable a soon to be 4 sport city in under a decade.
How About New Orleans For MLS
My new idea aba league or international basketball league, mexico city, Vancouver, Seattle, Pittsburgh, st Louis, Tampa, Louisville, Kansas, Jacksonville, Idaho, new Mexico, Virginia,
Indiana Sports Experience: Indy Eleven match at the morning, Indy 500 race at the afternoon.
SLC Utah is already the number one prospect for landing the expansion team in the west
If the NBA expands to Mexico they can do for basketball as what the NBA did for Canada. Before NBA expansion to Toronto Raptors and the late Vancouver Grizzlies, in the 90's NBA only had 2-4 Canadians like Rick Nash, Samuel Dalembert, Jamal Magloire, and Rick Fox now the NBA has over 40 Canadian players in the NBA and G-league combined. Canadian players like Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jamal Murray, RJ Barrett, Andrew Wiggins, Dillion Brooks, Sheldon Sharpe, Luguentz Dort, Benedict Mathurin, Dwight Powell, Kelly Olynyk, Brandon Clarke, Andrew Nembhard, Delano Banton, Trey Lyles, Joshua Primo, Lindell Wigginton, and Tristan Thompson to name just a few of the 23 Canadian NBA players in 2022/23 season. If not for expansion to Canada many of those players would have never become NBA players.
Thanks for the Great Video. FYI: From what everyone is saying, it appears that Vegas and Seattle are teams 31 & 32, but if the NBA expands to 36 eventually, I see Mexico City as LOCK for the 33rd or 34th team!!!! Mexico City is larger than New York City with over 22 million people in the city itself. (over 8 times larger than Vegas) Mexico City has 10's thousands of filthy rich people in areas of the city as beautiful as any city in the USA (the area of Polanco is like Beverly Hills with better food). Mexico City from a player standpoint has amazing restaurants Mexico City has more top 50 restaurants in the WORLD than any US city including NYC and as for safety Mexico City's murder rate is lower than 23 of the 30 NBA cities in the NBA so serious crime is not an issue for example the murder rate in Memphis, Detroit, Cleveland and Philadelphia is 8 to 9 times the rate of Mexico City. Mexico City already has a G-league team and is among the top in attendance. Expanding to Mexico opens the market to 133 million Mexicans and is a doorway to the rest of Latin America. Mexico City is only under 4 hours and 40 minutes by plane to NYC and 4 hours to LA so distance isn't a problem as for altitude the NBA has played over 30 NBA exhibition and regular season games there over the last 20 years (NBA wouldn't play that many games there IF NO INTEREST) without altitude being an issue for players in those games including the present G-league team. I have visited Mexico City 3 times for work and altitude was never an issue for me I am not an athlete who should have ZERO issues dealing with altitude. Adam Silver has repeatedly mentioned Mexico City as the next wave of expansion cities if and when the NBA expands beyond 32.
SEATTLE, OMAHA,kANSAS CITY,Las vegas,kentucySt Louis,Nashville,Pittsburgh,Batimore,Tampa bay,NEW MEXICO,VIRGINIA,South carolina,quebec,VANCOUVER,Calgary
Any other team expansion in the MLS it would be Vegas can't see sports league not having a team in vegas and I know Don Garber wants the casino money
St. Louis
Edmonton cant even sustain à CPL team. This being said the 3 canadian teams should eventually leave mls and join the cpl. Making the cpl more competitive all-canadian too....and mls will free up 3 markets
Seattle should get the 1st shot at an expansion team!!!!! It's a disgrace that Seattle currently is without an NBA team 👍
Seattle Vegas kansas Louisville
I like phoenix and indy for expansion and then closed for a few years then to 36 max with Vegas, Detroit , louisville and Sacramento
Tampa all day
Move The Ray's to San Antonio. New ownership should take over the A's. Current owner has gutted this team for the last two decades. A result!!! Low fan support. They love the team. Not the owner.
San Diego
Albuquerque deserves a team 1000%
Praying for a NBA South Carolina expansion
I'm from New Mexico so I'd love to see a team here but I think it's a reeeaaaaaaally long shot, I just don't think the Albuquerque metro area can support anything more than a USL team.
The league is already making up lost revenue from shorter games with yet more annoying ads.
“Ay I told you!”
Tampa Bay PLEASE!!😭🙏🏽
I find it difficult to comprehend how the Tampa bay Rowdies are not in MLS?!?!
Wow she’s very beautiful, and on a completely unrelated topic her face is pretty cute too! 😂
i think when they stat paying the players the money that they pay basketball and football (world star players attract world viewership), I think you will see a major increase in the popularity...and this popularity could span to around the world which means a great deal more revenue would be generated (I think that's way we are seeing so many expansion cites, the owners are seeing why world soccer is a goldmine)....I also think they need American star players...
Sanko is a man of culture
Sorry, but CFL is way better than XFL in everyway. I do hope XFL won't fail, but it will be limited pretty much to southern states. As for NFL teams moving to Canada, there is not enough interest to pay NFL priced tickets in Toronto, a city where basketball and soccer have more fans than NFL fans due to immigrants.
How about Birmingham, we have a team in USL and a new stadium
How about Birmingham, we have a team in USL and a new stadium
I think it'd be cool if Vegas got an MLS team and Seattle and Vegas got NBS teams! Then, that would bring the total number of cities with a team in the big 5 pro sports in the USA and Canada to 13!
Eww Fresno? Fresno dosen't even have an interstate, what makes you think Fresno can support a sports team?
Please no to Montreal
the MLS has announced that San Diego will be getting an MLS team that will start play in 2025
If the MLS expands, it should be Indianapolis and Oklahoma City and they should've realigned to a 4 division set back in 2010. Other wildcard picks for an MLS include: Buffalo Pittsburgh Baltimore Detroit Milwaukee Louisville New Orleans Phoenix Albuquerque El Paso Richmond Birmingham Memphis Omaha Las Vegas Sacramento I highly encourage that Charlotte FC relocates to Raleigh NC and FC Cincinnati relocates to Cleveland OH
What about one in Mexico City? Mexico Could have two teams.
That Laura and Megan are the biggest pick me girls ever 🤦♂️😂
How about putting a team in Mexico City?
I can’t stand Nashville because they took my oilers. So I would like to see Salt Lake City get a team. Their AAA affiliate has the most beautiful stadium I have ever seen and that could go for their major league team.
I would like to see a team in San Antonio or Austin. San Antonio has great fans and if you look at all their teams they support well But the Astros think that is their fan base. The Texas Rangers think that Austin is there for him base and so do the Astros.
Definitely Vancouver as the Seahawks would b e a good rival. The Lions don't have one.
Canadian teams need to be bought out and moved to the CPL. Canada should be able to support a 12-16 team league.
Six NBA expansion franchises: Birmingham Rebels Spirit of Saint Louis (a.k.a.: Saint Louis Spirit) Louisville Generals Cincinnati Barons Memphis Express (Vancouver, B.C, reclaims Grizzlies) Buffalo Niagaras
