I wholeheartedly agree...I'm legit watching this with my hair protected in cornrows under a wig. My second hair hack is ZERO combs. I did the no-comb method during the Covid pandemic. My hair was the thickest and healthiest I'd ever witnessed. Whenever I leave my hair alone for about two months it thrives exponentially!

It's true. I just took comparison pics of my hair now and 4months ago and I promise my hair grew anywhere between 3 and half to 4 ins in 4 months. 3 things I did different were henna treatments every month, greasing my scalp, trimming every 6 months, and keeping my protective styles in for at leat 3 to 4 weeks. This is what has worked for me thus far.

Same, leave it alone, keep it in a shower cap all day to avoid random things getting caught on it, also dont try to over brush or be aggressive with my hair and ofc the hair oil and rice water before a wash

Me tooo my hair grows the most platted under wigs (as my protective style) then I oil and use rice water in addition. But only thing rice water gets stinky so maybe best only to keep braids in for a month at a time or two -definitely can get away longer if you shampoo scalp while braids are in hair
