Do the brake lights come on when it slows you down automatically? Also - this feature is great but it does sometimes struggle with highway curves, either drifting out of the lane without warning because it can't hold the speed / turn radius or overcorrecting into another car on the straightaway after the curve. Worth keeping hands on the wheel for those.
2 lines, vs 2 lanes. Lane centering will work when there is 2 lines on the lane you’re driving in, and intermittently if one of the lines drops out. From a stop that has lasted more than 10 seconds, adaptive speed control can be re-enabled by pressing the resume button, or by pressing the accelerator pedal. This system works surprisingly well, and does request that you keep your hands on the wheel to avoid the warnings. Hands on the wheel represents a firm grip, moreso than loosely gripping the wheel.
This is awesome. I can't wait to see how this does on more winding country roads, and at night. That's most of my driving. I don't have much hope for when there's snow on the road, that's where Tesla's vision-based FSD will be a necessity.
That's great news Ryan regarding lane-centering. I currently have a KIA that allows lane centering even when adaptive cruise is not turned on. Is there any way for the maverick's lane centering system to be turned on even when adaptive cruise is turned off? I am planning on getting the Maverick-- but would just like to have the lane centering feature at any time. Thanks!
Awesome stuff! I recently uploaded some firework footage taken by drone and some landscape footage as well. Would be great if someone would check out my work! Greetings from Germany!
This is a good homemade firework display.

Hi, could you share in private your vin number?, I am doing retrofit of this and need some configuration example for sccm module. Thanks
Thats how my brother broke his back
Mine will take back of by itself. I have adaptive cruise control with stop and go but the stop and go will only work if the assist break hold is off
I drive that route every day. Try it with the traffic shift they have going now and let me know how it works.
Do you have to disengage to do a lane change, or do you change lanes and it centers again?
Stick a water bottle in the steering wheel and you won’t get the warning to touch the steering wheel.

This is the kind of review I've been looking for, thank you so much! This ADAS seems really well thought out, and much more helpful than annoying.
I feel like this may actually be more useful than Tesla Autopilot for long trips. Less nagging to provide wheel torque, right?

This is great! Glad they offer lane centering and adaptive cruise with the Lariat trim!
Dang. Drunk driving made simple!
Lol that’s messed up
