I've spent 31 years with the Correctional Service of Canada, and for many years, our duty sidearm was the S&W Model 10. Because we got our guns from the RCMP, we had the oddball 5" barrel version. Our duty load was Plus P hollow point ammo. Most of our guns had the rubber Hogue or Pachmeyer grips.

I want one badly! I have a 92x and I'm planning on getting a suppressor for that (home defense) I already know how much for more magazines for it and HSTs. My PX4 compact was made in Italy same case too.

I have a J.C. Higgins model 50 in .30-06. It does well for me. I am pleased with it. There doesn't appear to be too much of a difference between the model 50 and the model 51.

I have owned many of both of these but if I had to choose , I’ll take the P08 any day. The Walther ,I believe ,was the first pistol manufacture to develop the double single action and I do like that feature for carry. But man the Luger fits the hand and points perfectly and the balance is beyond compare. The P08 barrel is attached directly screwed into the top breech which gives it superior accuracy over those with barrels that are held in place by a removable detachable mechanism... so the barrel can move slightly after each shot, however both of these are accurate.. Nice video, thx.

I have a gen1 p99 in 40 s&w made in 1998 it has some molding marks on the front dust cover and on the left side that look like cracks does your p99 have these marks on the frame

HK’s are so easy to field strip and clean. It’s one of the many things I love about all my HK’s. 👍

He cracked the frame because he likely overtightened the screws when he put the Compensator on. I’ve heard that’s the reason for the frame cracking issue

I have that same Match Weight Compensator. Haven’t tried to put it on yet. Was it easy? Any tips you could give or a quick how to before I try it? I don’t want to scratch it all up. 😂

Got a reconditioned German police pistol at the rod and gun club in Germany in the late 80s. Paid $75 plus holster and two mags. Still shoots great.
