Hi everyone. I'm Pulsarnix. I mainly create train videos, but I also do the occasional ambience and rescore.
I'm based in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom, but I do travel to film videos at other locations.
For tracking trains, I use Realtime Trains and OpenTrainTimes (maps). All train service information is derived from Realtime Trains. The links for these websites, as well as a link to my Twitter, can be found below.
All of my content is put together and edited by me. If a picture, sound effect, or piece of music is used in a video that requires attribution, the owner will be credited in the description of the specific video it is used in.

The reason for there not being a Dine menu available at weekends, is just that they don't have onboard chefs to cook the main meals offered on those menus. The remainder of the menu is usually simple or pre-packed and heated up. Hope that helps.

@elijah_trains Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. If you want to travel on an Azuma, LNER operate them on nearly all of their East Coast Main Line services.

LOVE this! One of my biggest pet peeves is when the Mk3 vestibule doors don't close! It makes everything so noisy and skweaky! I didn't notice that much of an issue with them back when they operated in full service pre-coved? It honestly makes the IETs look good in terms of quiet inside the carriage.

The LNER Azumas are very bad trains and the seats are so uncomfortable
They're not as bad as the GWR ones, but not as good as an IC225
The emu sets are absolutely horrendous the seats have a hollow Matt cover no actual cushioning
Just to clear up what I mean the lnwr sets are what I am referring to

Disappointing to see trains still being built without level access to the platform. These are part of a previous generation of trains in design terms.

No, these ones are ex-Grand Central coaches. The GWR castles have Mark 3 coaches.

It is a shame these weren’t on the Cleethorpes service for long at all. I live in Sheffield so this line is very local to me. I’ve been waiting to finally riding on a Nova 3 from Sheffield to Cleethorpes. Would have made a nice change from the usual Class 185.

Would you travel again on Cross Country ? I've only been on a XCountry train once and it was chock-a-block. Luckily I was only travelling from Newcastle to Durham. Although I had a seat booked, when I got on, it was taken, so I just sat somewhere else .. if I had been asked to move, I would have done, but I wasn't. My station came, after only about 12 minutes, so I got off, while there were several folk standing and sitting on the floor. It was going to be a long journey for them, if they were heading to Penzance.
It's for that reason I tend to avoid CrossCountry Voyagers (unless I've got advanced tickets). Tried getting on at Sheffield a few times, but they've been rammed. I figured this was my best bet to get a Voyager review without it being too busy.
@@Pulsarnix Thanks for your reply. Having not been on a train journey for about 20+ years, my wife and I have caught the travel bug. Last November, for her 60th, we had a few days in London. We had a great time, so have had trips to Edinbugh, Glasgow, London again and Manchester / Liverpool last month since and for 9 of these journeys we have been on LNER. To us, they are a brilliant train company, they even give us the ability to book specific seats.

I love the phase 2 opening theme music, it sounds extra powerful and heroic. Honestly it can contend with Danny Elfman's Marvel intro for the Spider-Man trilogy! It's a shame they tweaked it after phase 2.

Could you do Liskeard since it's the station before Bodmin Parkway?
I've got a few shots at Liskeard, but not many. I'm back home now, but I'll film a few more things at Liskeard when I'm back there, which will hopefully be spring next year when the signalling upgrades are done.
Really appreciate the longer videos, and having never gone on the Eurostar before, it's cool to see the whole journey!

I apologise if this isn't my best work, but having this sitting unedited for nearly a year, I just wanted to get it uploaded. I've already realised that I've used quotation marks in for the class of the train wrongly throughout. It's correct in the description.

Let’s hope that the Sardine Express can do as good a job - I have experienced a few delays on HSTs, mainly around the midlands! Will they call at different stations? Miss a few and get there quicker? Have us switch directions mid-journey? Only time will tell! I’m going to Middlesbrough around Christmas time from Taunton - be putting a Voyager through its paces!
