So alittle fun fact since you mentioned he should make a song for you, he actuqlly used to do that. One of his earliest and least popular songs was an outro for Nerdcubed, even even did a refribrished one later aswell for him since he was a fan of his style of videos. He also made one for Emma blackery and later a collab with pewdiepie.

The game is written by the Violet Evergarden author and will allow you to switch between the 42 different characters. So I don't think the customizer was nescesary for a story driven jrpg like this. But I guess it's there if someone wants it. Also this game won't have the bed scenes and takes all of the good from Alicization Lycorice while removing the bad things like Acuracy, but sadly they removed fishing rip.
