I've recreated the original recipe by chef Heston Blumenthal from his series 'In search of perfection' which aired on BBC One in 2006 (The best cooking series I've ever seen, and one that really got me into cooking). He was also overall winner of one of the most prestigious culinary competitions on the planet " San Pellegrino young chef of the year 2015 " judged by every Culinary Titan imaginable , so the dude definately knows his stuff.

    This is proper cooking. Not like that sickly, fake narcissist wannabee chef, Donal Skehan. Mark is clearly on another level, knows his stuff, and you learn a great deal about the rationale for the steps.
