Mark Moriarty

Mark is a 30 year old chef, based in Dublin, Ireland. He worked most recently at The Greenhouse Restaurant, under head chef Mickael Viljanen, which held Two Michelin Stars, before finishing in May 2021.
He is currently working on numerous food projects, including TV, brand consultancy, pop-up restaurants and ambassador roles, while keeping an eye on new opportunities.
Mark can be found on RTE One as presenter of ‘Beyond the Menu’ and ‘Mark Moriarty:Off Duty Chef’
As Chef in Residence for Diageo Reserve, he oversees iconic drinks brands such as Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray and Ketel One. He also produces recipes and content for M&S in Ireland
Mark is a former San Pellegrino world young chef of the year, and is listed on the Forbes 30under30.

I've recreated the original recipe by chef Heston Blumenthal from his series 'In search of perfection' which aired on BBC One in 2006 (The best cooking series I've ever seen, and one that really got me into cooking). Nope ,i actually think he just wants and is trying to be himself " Mark Moriarty" . He was also overall winner of one of the most prestigious culinary competitions on the planet " San Pellegrino young chef of the year 2015 " judged by every Culinary Titan imaginable , so the dude definately knows his stuff.

This is proper cooking. Not like that sickly, fake narcissist wannabee chef, Donal Skehan. Mark is clearly on another level, knows his stuff, and you learn a great deal about the rationale for the steps.

You have not got a clue what you are talking about, you really don't. Moriarty is a disingenuous wanker who has only wasted a good piece of beef fillet. And the fucking meat is half raw.
