You r so strong girl, good luck with your job ❤😢
@@Ayumu-sx9pq thank you so much!!
This is the first time I m learning about Bipolar disorder and this video was so helpful. Is it just my device or the audio was a bit cracking in between :( Anyways, amazing video, thanks for posting!
That "psychology says" is damn accurate 😂😂
Girl, I have been ghosted my entire life so many times hahahahahaha!
I m soon going to study abroad. Hopefully, and with social media, it's hard to know whether abroad is actually a really good place or it's just a show. To me, it's never wrong to step outside your comfort zone, one should travel a lot !
MY GOD 😲 16 HOURS IS CRAZZY DUDE!! Take care
LIVE, LOVE AND LAUGH, AND MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. I see half of the problems that some people face is their interference in all matters 😂 like just focus on your own dreams 😂
I see..when did these big companies started caring for our mental health 😂 but I m quite astonished that such a change is being brought up. Its high time employees are treated fairly not only with pay but also humanly 👍🏻😅
that is absolutely true!
I will leave my comment here since no one's here haha. Well, loved the episode, it was extremely informative and helpful for this generation especially. Even though I belong to Gen Z, half of the things are not true for me hahahahaha, seems I was raised differently lol. Relationships can be indeed very challenging these days but girl whatever you choose do, efforts pays off , everyone these days need a perfect man but they don't want to be perfect how funny is this 😂😂. Anyways love your channel and the way you talk 🎀
thank you so much for checking out the episode!! we'd love to connect with you over instagram @ beautifulyou.pod

Hustle culture affects millions of people worldwide, yet we fail to balance ourselves on the spectrum of what is supposed to be done and what is not supposed to be done, thank you so much for this episode! :)
This episode with Akansha Jain is truly eye-opening! Her insights on how our busy lives impact our happiness and relationships are invaluable. It’s so important to learn how to handle the pressure of always being busy and to make time for what really matters. Great job, Akansha, for shedding light on such a crucial topic!🎉👏
Fabulous 👏

Amazing! Damn true. Thanks

Girl this video is so awesome. I already follow some things like knowing when to multitask what eg. Multitasking two low concentration tasks & monotasking high concentration task. So its relatable & like half of my notes being turned into video notes so i can refer to them any time i want. And i learned new terms like compartmentalizing that i was subconsciously somewhat doing but now i will do it deliberately.so I hope this channel grows. I found your podcast is on spotify too.
Thank you so much for listening!! I'm so glad to hear that you found some things helpful!! This made my day🤍
@@beautifulyou2321 you're welcome! 😄 🔹& actually i found everything helpful in different ways. 🔹even the things i already knew because till now i rarely heard opinion of a person like yours similar to mine on RUclips. 🔹who understands that as long as you multitask two low concentration tasks together multitasking is possible. 🔹And you cant always follow same timetable of course because it gets monotonous but because mostly our days are rarely the same so its natural for things to shift a bit. 🔹i also found the idea of listing your goals by your birthday useful too. While i found reflecting back on year being a good reminder. 🔹So knowing how to balance schedule despite different tasks coming your way is helpful. 🔹May be you could make a video on this as this wasnt explained. If we want to manage time table without excess tasks, we need to only tackle high priority urgent tasks when we postpone an important task in our schedule so we don't end up procrastrinating important stuff. 🔹its a tactic i came up with as a heavy procrastrinator & someone who self-studies psychology + scours psychology videos for my mental health. 🔹so tho new things are helpful for progress, all that relatability reinforces & validates my views without me having to feel alone. 🔹even if i would still try to do it without validation if its logically right, that kind of moral support is very important to go through with your beliefs without being stressed/dilemma of whether i m right or wrong cuz society doesn't seem to have a precedent about it. Cuz half the world does things differently from you. 🔹which as someone that studies psychology you probably already know that its hard for ppl to do something against the herd when they feel it isnt validated by the world/its a first and so on. 🔹When i have been continuously told since childhood by teachers/parents to strictly follow schedules when i couldnt than teaching us how to manage changing schedules 🔹(not blaming the teachers tho cuz our system is broken & they have it hard too so we all need to work together as a society to improve that education system). 🔹/youtubers being too one sided. some being only on multitask/strict no-multitask side, which is ok as long as you have diverse opinions like yours. 🔹but without diverse opinions ppl that are somewhere in middle may feel left out without knowing that one size doesn't always fit all & that you may need to customize things for your needs. 🔹excuse me for the length as its such a deep topic.
@@kizryuver oh my god THIS!!! It is never a one size fits all and its so crucial to understand that. Breaking out of that black and white thinking is important for reaching one's highest potential <3 If you would like, do reach out to me on my instagram @beautifulyou.pod. I absolutely love connecting with like minded people and I think we might have very interesting conversations together! Interacting with you literally made my day, thank you so much!
