1:13 - probe is 46$ and the probing needle is 8$ (checked it right now - it's only 4$). that's an actual prices. if you bought it somewhere where needle is half the price of an entire probe - don't buy anything else from that greedy bastards.

These are so cheap you're much better off just buying a new one. Really not worth trying to spend the time fixing it, even if it is educational and handy to know how they are made.

Hello, the tanker desk that I have only has two nubs for each drawer (except the file drawer). Each nub measures 0.375". Do you have bearings for this size?

How do I get the drawers off? my top right box drawer needs new rollers, but I cant seem to figure out how to remove it. I can pull it out until it hits on rubber stops. I cant lift it or find a lever to release anything.

Hello Stig, i purchased 2 metal couplers for around $70 total, and am waiting for them, does that mean i will receive two sets of couplers or will this essentially be a single coupeler when attached to a dowel

did you experiment with different size blower motors? Any blowers better than others?

I ordered the EBay plastic version of the part, and it fits my Whirlpool WED7500vw dryer perfectly. Some additional instructions that will be of use to others: to expose the inside of the door where the latch handle assembly is attached, remove the three screws that hold the door to the hinge, and then remove the door by sliding it off the hinge (which sits inside the door). The silver trim ring then snaps off (and back on later). PLEASE NOTE: You should re-attach the handle to the lever of the latch assembly at the very END of the repair, i.e., after the door is put back together and is back on the hinge. Stig Odiy's video seems to suggest putting the handle onto the latch assembly before fastening the latch assembly to the door, but it is less awkward to add the handle last. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: when the outer spring of the latch assembly is installed with the correct spring orientation, it may appear to you that the latch assembly lever (where the handle attaches) sits too close to the window when the latch assembly is installed, but it is not actually too close. You simply have to engage (i.e. pull) the lever a little in order to have enough clearance to get the handle on, but it then sits correctly once it is on. The outer spring orientation is *correctly displayed* in Stig Odiy's video, but there is another video (by SHARKDADDY) that recommends the wrong orientation for the outer spring. I tried it both ways, and if the outer spring is installed with the wrong orientation, there will be too much play in the latch, and the door won't stay latched.

I just ordered one of these from you for a broken dryer handle, and the one additional thing I need to know is how to separate the two sides of the door. I don't see any screws on the back side of the door. Do the two sides of the door just snap together? If so, where can I safely apply pressure to pry them apart?

The holes in the gate are asterisk shaped.

No production deal. I do have some plans that are printed 1:1 if you were inclined to make you own. I could also post the 3D models to grab cad if you are interested. It does work well and is a health saver in enclosed spaces.

I would also try a lighter colored gate so they would see the dark entrance holes. It would be interesting to test those two options

Havi you thought about making the gate with the asterk shaped holes? Supposed to be the most efficient for stripping. Brushy mountain used to use them. If you at Dave cushmans site you can see them I can email you a scan of them.
