December to February is the ideal time to experience snowfall in Sikkim. Currently, North Sikkim is not fully open to tourists, as reports indicate that roads beyond Mangan are blocked. Recent images from Nathula also show no snow yet. It’s best to wait until at least mid-December for a better chance of enjoying snow in Sikkim.

Ji bilkul jaa sakte hain. South aur West Sikkim plus Gangtok (East) aap explore kar sakte hain. Par extreme thand ke liye prepared jaroor rahein. North Sikkim ka rasta tab tak khul gaya hoga toh acchi baat hai. Abhi bandh hai waise aur Nov 22nd ko khulne ke chances hain ek update ke hisaab se. Par phir bhi North Sikkim aur Nathu La ka pehle se kuch keh nahi sakte woh hamesha unpredictable hota hai. But baaki sab aap acche se ghum sakte hain.👍

@@Coh2021 Jagah puchenge toh Darjeeling (sightseeing ka video hai channel me), Pelling (glass bridge, Khecheopalri Lake etc), Ravangla (Buddha park etc), Namchi (Siddheshwara Dham etc) aur Gangtok ghum sakte hain aapke holidays ke duration ke hisaab se. 6 logon ka group hai toh aap aaram se kahin bhi jaa sakte hain. thoda offbeat holiday chahte hain toh Zuluk wala silk route bhi try kar sakte hain.

Feb 14th ka time bahot hi accha hai Dalhousie & Khajjiar ke liye. Aapko snow jaroor mil jayega par fresh snow/live snowfall dekhne ko milega ya nahi yeh toh luck ki baat hai. Aap nikalne se pehle forecast jaroor check kar lena. Raaste band hone ke koi chances toh normally toh nahi hote. Toh all good.👍

Dharamshala me jyada thand nahi expect kiya jaa sakta baaki jagah pe usse thoda thanda rahega. Let's suppose ki aap apni trip Delhi se start karenge toh Aap direct Dalhousie tak panhoch sakte hain by Bus or Dharamshalase se bhi aap start kar sakte hain. Inn saare jagahon ko cover karne ke liye at least 5 din toh aapke paas hone hi chahiye. Agar aap day 1 ko Delhi se journey start karte hain toh day 2 me subah Dharamshala panhoch ke sightseeing kar sakte hain by taxi (6-7 points ke Rs. 2500 charge karte hain), day 3 me aap McLeodganj explore kar sakte hain aur interested hain toh Triund trek pe bhi jake raat ko wahan stay karke subah wapas McLeodganj/Dharamshala wapas aa sakte hain, day 4 me aap nikal jaiye Dalhousie ke tarah. Buses milte rehte hain Direct bus na bhi mile toh connecting bus toh mil hi jaate hain. day 5 me aap Dalhousie ke tourist spots explore kar sakte hain aaram se, ek din kaafi hai. Day 6 ko aap Khajjiar jake Dalhousie wapas laut sakte hain aur wapas Delhi ke liye nikal sakte hain. Outdoor activities ke liye May kaafi accha rahega aur rainy season bhi start nahi hua hoga toh koi issue hi nahi hai.

I booked an autorickshaw for Rs. 800, while taxis for sightseeing, including stops like Wah Tea Estate, would cost around Rs. 2000 to 3000 per day.

Auto rickshaws are readily available near the bus stand, making it a convenient starting point for local travel. They can also take you to Wah Tea Estate for an additional fare and are generally much cheaper than taxis. For reaching Baijnath, frequent buses depart regularly from the bus stand and are a more economical choice compared to taking an auto rickshaw, which would be significantly more costly for that distance.

Currently, Lachen can't be accessed as the road between Mangan and Chungthang is blocked. A light motor vehicle (LMV) license is meant for driving light motor vehicles, which are cars. In order to drive a scooty, one must possess a two-wheeler driving license.

I visited in the first week of December, and Dharamshala was pleasantly cold. So yes, it's a good time to go. However, if you prefer colder weather or are hoping to see snowfall in McLeodganj or possibly even Dharamshala, late December to February would be ideal.

Trying to cover everything in one day can be both hectic, overwhelming and sort of impossible. Plus, you’ll miss out on truly experiencing the essence of each place. I strongly recommend spending at least two days exploring Dharamshala and McLeodganj. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, three days would be ideal to fully enjoy what these places have to offer. Kuch jagah reh jayenge toh aap agli baar unhe cover kar sakte hain.

Pehle din aap 3 baje se leke 7-8 baje tak ghum sakte hain aur 4-5 jagah cover kar sakte hain jaise ki St. Francis Church, Subhash Chowk, Garam Sadak, Gandhi Chowk aur Tibetan Market. Sunset bilkul miss na karein. Dusre din aap subah subah nikal jaiye Khajjiar ke taraf, phir Chamba ke taraf thoda aage jaake lord Shiva statue, Santoshi Maa temple aur Manimahesh View Point jaake phir Dainkund Peak jaake Dalhousie wapas laut ke time bacha ho toh Panjpula bhi jaa sakte hain. Time kam hone ki wajah se yeh trip thoda sa hectic ho sakta hai par totally worth ho jayega. Subhash Baoli bhi aap include kar sakte hain kisi bhi din. Agli baar kabhi aake aap baaki jagah cover kar sakte hain.

Agar possible hai toh kyun nahi. Taxi charge aapko 5k to 6k lag jayega 2nd day ke liye jabki 2500 approx lag jayega pehle din ke liye. Par aap walk karke bhi ghum sakte hain pehle din. Ek din badha sakte hain toh aap Kalatop Sanctuary me bhi reh sakte hain. Booking.com etc se aap with book kar sakte hain.

I visited Sikkim in mid-March and found it to be the best time to visit. From December to February, it’s the winter season, and by March, the peak season begins. If you enjoy cold weather and want to experience snow in some places, March is a better option than April.

Lachung closed nahi hai. Aur aap Yumthang aur Zero Point bhi jaa sakte hain. Gurudongmar Lake actually bandh hai aur main jab gaya tha tab bhi tha. October end is totally fine bas thand ke liye prepared rahein.

Bikers kuch travel kar rahe the hum jab gaye the. Sikkim ke roads kaafi adventurous hain toh bikers ise kaafi pasand karte hain par group me jaana hamesha accha rehta hai solo jaane se. Solo ya phir group ke saath jaise bhi jaa rahe hon, safety ka accha khaasa dhyan rakhiye. PAP aapko khud se leni hogi aur following documents ki jarurat hogi: Registration certificate of the Bike Driving License Pollution certificate Insurance certificate Passport size Photo (2 nos) Identity proof of rider and co-rider

Sorry for the late response. I haven't included travel expenses to Palampur, so you can calculate that based on your location. Once you're in Palampur, budget accommodations like homestays are available for as low as ₹800 per night for two people, meaning you'll need two rooms. Decent hotels start at ₹1500 per night. For local sightseeing, you can rent a taxi for ₹2000 per day, or, for a more fun option, rent two scooters for around ₹2000 per day, including fuel. Food costs will range from ₹1000 to ₹1500 per person for two days. Overall, per-person expenses should come to about ₹3000-3500 (excluding travel to Palampur), while staying in comfortable accommodations and enjoying local transport. If you opt for hostel stays, you can reduce costs even further.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I was actually in Himachal Pradesh around the same time last year, from November 28th to December 8th. So, you can expect similar weather conditions. Dalhousie was pleasantly cold, but not unbearably so. Wearing warm clothing is definitely recommended. Dharamshala was a bit milder, while McLeod Ganj was noticeably colder. Chamba's weather should be perfect for your visit in December. If you enjoy snowfall, you may have to postpone your trip for like a month. If you enjoy snowfall, you might consider postponing your trip by a month or so. Eight days is a good amount of time to cover these places. You could allocate 2-3 days for Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj, with the option of staying in Dharamkot or Naddi. Two days are sufficient for Dalhousie and Khajjiar, and one day can be dedicated to exploring Chamba and one day for surrounding areas like Sach Pass. You can use the remaining day to travel between Dalhousie and Dharamshala.

I visited this place during the first week of August, and I imagine the weather is pleasant now too.

Aap kahan se kahan carry karna chahte hain? Shops aapko mil jayenge har jagah. Cities me bade waale aur villages me chote waale. Most of the normal grocery/daily needs shop me aapko yeh mil jayega. Sikkim se bahar laana mana hai aur public places me kya rules rehta hai woh toh aapko pata hi hoga.

Of course. Aaapko scooty/bikes aasani se mil jayenge Dharamshala se Khajjiar jaane ke liye. Distance 120-130 kms hoga phir phi 4.5 - 5 ghante ke aas paas lag jayenge. Bus se bhi jaana chahenge toh Chuari Khaas ka bus maine Nurpur se toh jaate hue dekha tha, shayad Dharamshala se bhi mil jayenge.

November first week me mausam pleasant hoga. Na jyada thand na jyada garm. Agar aap warm cloths carry nahi bhi karenge toh chalega. Par tolerance capacity etc sabki alag alag hoti hai toh aap chahein toh halke warm cloths le ja sakte hain.

The peak season to visit Kerala does indeed start in October, and the monsoon season typically ends by September. This makes October an ideal time to visit Kerala, as the weather is pleasant, the crowds are manageable, and the lush greenery is at its best.
