I dunno man, I used to think the same thing until I found a cellular ipad pro for a great price second hand. The cellular antennae make a substantial difference in web performance and is way more reliable when I don't have wifi, and then my phone isn't tanking battery life with hotspot as well. And, as a student, when I'm at school I don't have to use the college's wifi and that makes me feel more secure about my personal information sent and received online. Not only that, but it came in CLUTCH last week while I was taking a test on my class webpage on canvas, the power to my palce went out for hours, but I was able to still pick up my cellular ipad without disrupting too much work. Otherwise I would've been limited by hotspot (which is bad at my place since the connection is already spotty), effectively halting any workflow. That event is what solidified it for me.

Apple should provide some kind of postage or sticky notes widgets. That would be so helpful! I mean it kinda sucks that they cannot provide a simple sticky note widget while giving I don’t know what hi fi stuff on iPad. What if I just want to add stuff in one quick note only everyday but it won’t show everything on the Face of the widget so I have to make new quick note every time and then imagine how much space it will take.

I love the size and weight but I won’t buy it until they dramatically thin the bezels and add ProMotion.

Just get the WiFi only iPad. The cellular version has problematic 5G connectivity. I have the iPad Mini 6 cellular and it is frustrating that the ipad refuses to connect to 5G no matter how or what settings I set. Apple Support can't do anything and keep blaming my mobile carrier. The thing is my friend is on the same mobile carrier as I am, lives in my area but he has no 5G connectiviy issues and he is rocking an iPhone. So do not get the cellular version unless you don't want to use 5G and just want to use LTE.

I think you’re right. It looks really bad from some angles on your wrist and apply actually advertises the watch as being totally flush on their website. So a watch band at this price point shouldn’t have this issues. Having said that, I just got mine and it feels so perfect to wear (especially for typing) that I’m going to stick with it

i have a question. i feel like if i connect my iPad pro m4 to my iPhone hotspot it drains the ipads battery much faster then wifi or am I wrong?

While, I fully understand your point. Disagree with you 100 percent and, I always ensure my basic iPad models come installed with the cell data option. My current model is a basic iPad 9th generation with storage of 256GB and, it is paired with a Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard. Unlike most, my android phone is only used as a back-up to my iPad which, has unlimited data for $21 per month (smile...smile).

2:37 You mentioned cell 5 GHz Radio which is accurate for wifi, on cellular 5G, that would be "generation" using multiple bands.

I had a cellular ipad with at&t and it almost never worked. As far as hotspot I also find it incredibly unreliable.

I have both an iPad Pro M2 and a 256GB iPad mini 6 and I probably use the mini three times more than the iPad Pro just because of the convenient size. It's a great tablet. Love it!!

Ya this does not work. I have a iPad Pro and a mini…using my iPhone to give my iPad network access for gps… so slow and unusable for gps usage!

i use a Garmin Glo 2 GPS with my Ipad air. It was only $90, so I'm still saving money versus purchasing a cellular version iPad. Plus, I save on the monthly bill. A few extra steps to setup but everything works great.

HI! Nice to see your videos on the IPad Mini 6! I have mine also for a while but learning how to use this well and your videos have helped me how to best use it more. One question though. You used the Moft Ipad mini 6 case with apple pencil slot. Would it fit an apple pencil that has a jacket on it? should the apple pencil be bare as you have used it in the video? thanks so much for your video.

Get an office lab keyboard. It’s only 100 bucks and i like it way more than the Magic Keyboard. Like a lot more.. It actually had function keys and it doesn’t drain the iPad battery. It has its own battery that stays charged for over a month of daily use

I ordered the sport band in Black. The fit is completely unacceptable. Its super wobbly and it moves so much when paired with my apple watch ultra. Definitely not worth $60. Plus they will charge you shipping for both ways.
