When you run the boat i wonder if the engine will reach a high enough operating temperature. I had issues with a similar setup running less than 160°f . Less than 180°f isnt good.

Excellent video. We are transitioning to T880 and Western Star 49X. I currently run a T800 with a 485 Paccar and with an Eaton ultra Shift 18 speed. It’s been a great vehicle. A little challenging pulling a quad through BC, Hudson Hope highway and so many hills. Body job the motor and Jake is perfect. Tandem pup not a problem. Tridem pup or quad… get the extra double double with espresso from Timmy’s. 😂 I have subscribed and enjoyed your video. Slip seating is the number one cost on any companies bottom line. If you’re open to change…. Not so many things are a problem. If you’re not open to change…. You’re an actual cost to the business, domino effect… your customers experience the unwarranted attitude and the mechanics gotta fix some really stupid things that should not need fixing. I had an 18 challenger ta 392 and thought it was fast...then traded it for a 19 challenger hellcat redeye and it was stupid fast....but now all the suspension is AAD, rear cradle lockout,rear diff race brace kong ported blower,108 mm throttle body, all billet pulleys and tensioner,2.85 upper pulley fas predator lower pulley, nitrous express billet lid with water/methanol injection pushing to 900+ hp

Definitely worth saving. Most parts for these are still fairly easy to find and not too expensive.

Your first mistake was buying a 'Flowmaster'. They are known for 2 things, which they do very well. Lots of flow restriction and lots of noise. A stock muffler flows about the same but at least it's quiet.
