AGT is a real company. You can buy that loader at auction for $2500 - 2900.
Great idea on the hinges, pay for itself very quickly even when just installing the fans!
There is a grease fitting in the engine compartment that needs to be changed out and greased. Just an FYI.
Where’s that at?
Got to take off the right hand cover by the foot area and it should be visible once that cover is off. Should be facing the engine.

Just a word of caution, the alternator output is only 9Amps tops. for reliability you should never expect the alternator to run at the rated 9amps continuously..NFPA 1901 standards for vehicle electrics state that you keep 25% headroom. If you use the starter motor a lot, that runs down the battery and with two fans running you're not putting much charge back into the battery. I would suggest you add a battery connection to trickle charge the battery when not in use to keep it topped up. Other than that I really love how you did the rear cover hinge and locks.

Cooling fans for sure. Mine gets too hot in the engine bay. I can't touch the panels and when I opened the gas cap the E10 was boiling off the Ethanol.

Im glad I watched this, I've been researching the different units they have and thought the simplicity ( and price ) of your machine was intriguing. After watching it struggle through the top soil and no rocks, let alone frosted ground. Also seemed to be one function at a time, Im out on that machine. I'm too old to have patience for a machine that isnt much faster than 2 shovels and a 80lb electric hammer with a spade bit. Lol Just my observation for my use.

Search (Chinese excavator parts) on amazon. That’s where I’ve gotten everything, on my upgrades. I seen a hydraulic thumb, I just don’t have that much use for one.

I have a Kymron mini x and a hi top mini skid, I had a hi top mini ex before. The Kymron is nicer and has better parts, it’s smoother to operate but it’s also more expensive, my take is if u can afford the Kymron get it it’s worth it. But if u are on a budget the general generic brands still great machines. 👍 just fyi this China equipment are very simple and reliable but u must be able to do basic mechanical service on it. FYI u are on ur own! 😃👍

I just received the 8” bucket, I haven’t installed it yet because of two reasons, one, they forgot to finish welding the bucket around the round pipe on one side. Two, the hex head of the bolt won’t sit inside the hex hole because it wasn’t welded on center. Anyway, I’m debating on returning it, or just fixing it myself.

Thanks for the video. Just picked mine up today. The guy who I got it from has a couple he runs and said he puts two fans in like you have, but one blows in and the other out. Constant cross breeze. He lives in the desert and hasn’t had a problem.

Usually if you reverse the polarity you got to take the fan blade off and flip that around too
That’s not necessarily true, I tried both ways on mine.
Just got mine this week--AGT H12. Had a few adjustments on the throttle and choke cable and then tightened some bolts. Ordered the smaller bucket, a ripper, hydraulic thumb, and fans for cooling. Tried it out a bit and was happy to see it work!
It’s a lot of fun!

@@freetacos4everyone55 I ordered them off Ebay as well. I was concerned that since they were coming from a different store there might be some differences, but they all work. I am just waiting on the hydraulic thumb and so I am hoping this one will also just fit.
U think I could do grading with it for large 12x24 sheds?
The tracks don’t really have much give in them. You’d really have to work the push blade up and down quite often. It will only push so much material, before it will start coming over the top. The push blade is really for short distance grading.
They make rubber covers for toggle switches that make them water proof, they only cost a couple of bucks. Great vid

I’m sorry, I’m not understanding your question.
@@brandoncalk1928 The primary purpose of boom swing is for offset digging around obstacles or along foundations, walls, and forms. A secondary use is cycling in areas too narrow for cab rotation. Independent boom swing is one of the major advantages of a compact excavator over other excavation equipment.
Kymron makes one that has a swing boom.
Anything can be modified, but I don't think its feasible to modify it. Better to buy a different one with swing.

Well it been a couple months. Do you regret changing those grease zerks yet? If not, you will. They put the needle style in so you don't break them off while digging. The battery cut off makes the perfect spot to switch the fans, that way you wont forget to turn off the switch because the fans will audibly remind you.
No, I do not… changing out the timer to digital, helped with the ignition problem that keeps running the timer without the engine running. My fan switch works perfectly 👍
