ITS SOOOOOOO AFFORDABLE YOURS FOR ONLY .......262K......WOW SOOOO CHEAP! SHE ACTS LIKE EVERYONE HAS A HALF A MILL !
I’ve heard some good things about Dayton Ohio. Buddy of mine lives there. I’m from southeast Michigan myself
Dayton is a cesspool.
You can buy a housr on the cheap in West Dayto but it has high crime.
She don't talk about those places......she's one of them oakwood richies
I wonder how she would fare in DeSoto bass
That's the REAL DAYTON she has no clue
Hello again (thank you for reading my multiple comments)! May I ask if you have any advice on finding fully furnished lodging in the area that would give us 1-3 months to house hunt upon arrival? Thoughts on Furnished Finder? Thank you! :)
Most of my clients needing a short term furnished rental either stay at an extended stay hotel or air bnb.
You mentioned in another of your videos there was (unfortunately) a lack of diversity in Dayton, but here mentioned it here as a city perk. Odd.
The other video was commenting in a particular suburb of Dayton. The city of Dayton is very diverse, I believe the video you are probably thinking about is on the city of Springboro, about 30 minutes south of the city of Dayton.
Hi! I'm not seeing the link to download your dayton guide mentioned here, sorry! Help?
Yes!! Here is my buying guide on my website. Take a look around, there are other guides on my site along with signing up for my monthly newsletter. My newsletter will keep you up to date on all the things happening!! carriedavis.net/buying-a-home-in-dayton/
Dayton also has Sinclair Community College, the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus, and the Victoria Theater, the Fraze and the Rose Music Center outdoor theaters, and the Wright State Nutter Center, all of which add to the rich performing arts culture of the area. Dayton is also home to the Dayton Dragons minor league baseball team.
Thank you for your input!!!
What about crime rates in dayton?
Unfortunately real estate agents are not allowed to comment on crime rates. It goes against Fair Housing Laws. I can recommend that you go to Niche.com and get the information on your own. I hope this helps. 😃
I made it as far as Dayton boasts great public schools. Bwahahahaha. Do you ever go in the city or just stay 40 miles away in gated housing?
Dayton has many great school districts. Check out Niche.com
DONT COME TO DAYTON!THIS WOMAN HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT!
Sorry you feel thar way.

GO DAYTON!! AZ here.
Is dayton ohio safe for international students??
Absolutely! Dayton is like any urban area. Some areas are safer than others. I send my son to Wright State University located in Beavercreek just outside the city of Dayton. If you knew me you’d know I’m one protective mama!
@@movingtodayton omg I got admitted to wright state university too. I will arrive dayton in jan

Did she say Florida is within driving distance ? I live in Florida and never in hell would I drive to Ohio
Thousands of people drive to Florida from Ohio all the time. Southern Ohio to the Panhandle in 12 hours.
I am from South Florida. Miami is not very diverse It is primarily Hispanic and the same goes with the restaurants.
Cons, Haitians invading!!!
You’re killing me. 😂😂
No thanks! Haitian invasion there!!!😮
That’s SpringFIELD, not Springboro!😂
So How is pedestrian safety in Dayton?
Depends where you are. In the city of Dayton it’s good, walkable. Some of the suburbs are not as pedestrian friendly. Check out walkability scores on Niche.com.
If you got the money go to oakwood in Dayton. But if you got that kinda money you could afford somewhere else beyond Dayton.
I love Oakwood! Gorgeous homes, lots of charm, why go anywhere else?!!
This place ruined my career and my life. An SES changed the function of the department at the time I was hired to one I had no background in from analysis to audit readiness. Was hired as a 0510 series although the function of the job was a 0511. There were no established procedures, none of the procedures we were auditing were located on-site, and people wouldn’t answer your questions. It wasn’t so much auditing as it was technical writing, writing rambling several hundred page documents asserting the function was audit ready when it wasn’t. Even my own supervisor said the Air Force would never achieve audit readiness, but we were supposed to say we did. This place was proof that Cro-Magnons still exist. The staff acted like a bunch of high school kids, eavesdropping on phone calls and telling other people what they heard right in front of you, gooney looks of disapproval from people, and the culture was weird and cult-like. Because I didn’t pick up on the work and since I was gay, they bullied me and kept assigning me things that had nothing to do with accounting and that I didn’t have a background in such as computer technician duties. They also kept thwarting my attempts to find another job by providing bad references. In one instance where I found a different position within this agency after that supervisor didn’t call for a reference, they moved the duties of the old job to the new job, and those duties weren’t in my position description. I had tremendous difficulty finding another job outside this agency because of both the lack of work and the lack of relevant work. Listing this job on my resume still haunts me to this day.
I’m sorry you went through this.

Just information, the photograph at 32 seconds is of Cincinnati. I was wondering when our skyline started looking better.😂

Hi, Can u tell me about the university of Dayton? Is it a good university for computer science and the career prospects after completing a degree from this university.
I can tell you the University of Dayton has a great reputation and is a highly regarded school but for more in depth information you will be better served talking directly with the school.
My wife is from Dayton and I like Dayton. Remember once I was visiting my in laws and had a hard time renting a car as Dayton was hosting the "Dying City Symposium" with cites such as Flint, Detroit, Cleveland and Akron. But still I like city.
❤️❤️
Why would anyone want to live in Dayton ?
Because it’s awesome.
Buy my house, it's in Troy for sale right now for $179k.
Thanks for the infor, what about jobs? People has to commute to Cincinnati or there are jobs in the area?
Plenty of jobs in the area. Largest employer is Wright Patterson Air Force Base, tech jobs, and healthcare are just a few.
Springboro. The town so nice that we moved there twice.
Love that!!
Dayton has a low cost of living and it’s very convenient to get anywhere with low traffic
I absolutely LOVED living in Dayton!! And I was about as poor as it gets, lol! I’ve lived in 5 different cites in Ohio, and it’s by far the best!
If you like high murder and crime rates with low performing schools it is a great place to live
really informative video maam
Don't go to either. Move to the beautiful City of Youngstown

You forgot Fairborn. Fairborn is right next to Wright Pat.
Sky Crossing isnt in Dayton. its in Beavercreek, Green County. If your ever wondering if it is in Dayton just look at the Mail or postal code. Beavercreek is a great place, theres the Green and they have alot of parks and the airforce museum and nice people.
How is the vegan food scene how are the historic neighborhoods
Lots of historic neighborhoods to choose from. Start with Oakwood. Also, check out eatgoodshit.com/vegan-dayton-ohio/ for the vegan food scene.
This is what they've done to my neighborhood, and it's sad. 20 years ago there was a large farmhouse at the end of the street with lots of land, and an actual farm. My Nana and I used to walk there when I was a kid to see the two cows that I absolutely loved, but now it's a Ryan Homes (extremely low quality miniature mcmansions marketed as high end) subdevelopment.
That's so hard. I'm sorry, unfortunately change is the one thing that we can't seem to change. Due to a housing shortage we are going to continue seeing new developments, but I agree with you and hope that includes affordable housing for everyone and not just McMansions.
I’m in Germantown. Peaceful out here in the country and only a few min from Miamisburg/West Carrollton.
We actually retired and moved to Nashville. Hated it. Moved back. Love Springboro.
I would be more interested in the investment property aspect of Dayton. Let’s see more videos on that subject, please.
I will work on that!
I was born and raised in Dayton even worked at General Motors. Sorry but I would go homeless before I would move back there. Im retired in SouthEast Asia on the ocean at a fraction of the cost of Dayton.
Southeast Asia!? Wow, congratulations! Most people retire to Florida, you did I it right!!
At a fraction of the cost of Dayton? Then you want to stay clear of the entire USA and Canada.
Well done and factual.
Do not live in north dayton. Live north of dayton.
