Bhai pahle mai bhi gangman tha aab mai cgl 2016 final kar income tax ka inspector bana hoon bhai sach me bade officers aur senior tatha samaj hume beggar ki tarah dekhta tha islye mai ne khoob mehnat keya aur apna mukammal pa liya bhai mai apne junior ka respect karta hoon kyon vo hamara peon ho kyonki maine esa dard saha hai

Job of a track maintainer is so hard .In a single day he losses more calories as he takes.In extremely high temperature and in rain he do his work.Rest is important.So Please provide them short period of work and low pressure and doable job . And salary should be more than other employees in same group. Otherwise no one wants to do this job. What are your opinion? Please reply

one of the difficult and Very Important job in Indian railways...and worst treatment by Indian railways to gangman...there is no respect for gangman in Indian railways... conduct a survey and ask their reality.. 98% Gangmans are not satisfied with their status in Indian Railways.. I am watching the Gangmen/Trackmen since 1965. Day by day they are loosing their name and fame. They should at least now try to know the reason for the same. It is obvious Railways understood that they can manage the P.Way with the this set up of Gangmen/Trackmen. This is the reason how and why top Railway Officers tending to diminish the present P.W. maintenance; and no doubt by about 10 years there will be no Gangmen/Trackmen. They will be slowly replaced by Mechanised P.W. Maintenance.

Not everyone is. These days, everybody speaks in a language which is a mix of Hindi and English, that is Hinglish. Very few people speak in pure Hindi or Pure English.
Really the father of the railway Gangman. Their work is vary tough. And need their requirement. Particularly the uncharged take care. Because I am also a Railway employee. As a mechanical cadre. Now I am retired just few months back. My best wishes this employee.

This work is totally honest and, mere khayal se indian government ko Jada se Jada gang man ko nokri ya phir vacancies dene chaiye taki indian railway or development Kar sake or bar sake taki indian railway ka speed 250to 350 kmp/h speed kabhi nahi ruke or ye speed jald se jald pura ho.. Thanks
Every thing he said is correct except the statement that we can apply for departmental exam after completing 3 years of service. This is the only department of Indian Railway where the employee can not apply for the vacancy of his own department because many technical conditions are there, like for applying the post of JE a trackman must have PCM in 12th class if he is not a science/math background student he can not apply for the JE's post and apart from that if he don't gets any opportunity for getting promote in his own department by appearing in departmental exam. he can get promotion by his seniority which takes too much time end no. of trackmans are there who has retired with the same grade pay which was he is getting at the time of his appointment means 1800/- G.P. is this justice with him. The other way for getting promotion is GDCE exam which is conducted by RRB/RRC it is like open market exam and the least qualification is a major barrier for less qualified candidates in such type of exams. In short we can say that even after having potential/caliber toward his work Trackman is the only person who used to be most neglected even after working harder than all other departments. There are opportunity of promotion for all in other departments and education is not a barrier there. I am also a trackman, so I fill the pain of a trackman from the bottom of my heart. If government really thinks that trackman's have key role in Indian railway they must take steps for their better future by opening LDCE for all departments with no restriction of qualification. I am 100% sure that he will compete others and get success as they are getting in other exams like GDCE or any other state and central exams.
They are the front line employe of our Indian railways, if indian railway is the back bone of Indian economy then these Gangman are the back bone of Indian railways. Salute...

Job of a track maintainer is so hard .In a single day he losses more calories as he takes.In extremely high temperature and in rain he do his work.Rest is important.So Please provide them short period of work and low pressure and doable job .
And salary should be more than other employees in same group.
Otherwise no one wants to do this job.

one of the difficult and Very Important job in Indian railways...and worst treatment by Indian railways to gangman...there is no respect for gangman in Indian railways... conduct a survey and ask their reality.. 98% Gangmans are not satisfied with their status in Indian Railways.. I am watching the Gangmen/Trackmen since 1965. Day by day they are loosing their name and fame. They should at least now try to know the reason for the same. It is obvious Railways understood that they can manage the P.Way with the this set up of Gangmen/Trackmen. This is the reason how and why top Railway Officers tending to diminish the present P.W. maintenance; and no doubt by about 10 years there will be no Gangmen/Trackmen. They will be slowly replaced by Mechanised P.W. Maintenance.

Not everyone is. These days, everybody speaks in a language which is a mix of Hindi and English, that is Hinglish. Very few people speak in pure Hindi or Pure English.

This work is totally honest and, mere khayal se indian government ko Jada se Jada gang man ko nokri ya phir vacancies dene chaiye taki indian railway or development Kar sake or bar sake taki indian railway ka speed 250to 350 kmp/h speed kabhi nahi ruke or ye speed jald se jald pura ho.. Thanks
Every thing he said is correct except the statement that we can apply for departmental exam after completing 3 years of service.
This is the only department of Indian Railway where the employee can not apply for the vacancy of his own department because many technical conditions are there, like for applying the post of JE a trackman must have PCM in 12th class if he is not a science/math background student he can not apply for the JE's post and apart from that if he don't gets any opportunity for getting promote in his own department by appearing in departmental exam. he can get promotion by his seniority which takes too much time end no. of trackmans are there who has retired with the same grade pay which was he is getting at the time of his appointment means 1800/- G.P. is this justice with him. The other way for getting promotion is GDCE exam which is conducted by RRB/RRC it is like open market exam and the least qualification is a major barrier for less qualified candidates in such type of exams.
In short we can say that even after having potential/caliber toward his work Trackman is the only person who used to be most neglected even after working harder than all other departments. There are opportunity of promotion for all in other departments and education is not a barrier there.
I am also a trackman, so I fill the pain of a trackman from the bottom of my heart.
If government really thinks that trackman's have key role in Indian railway they must take steps for their better future by opening LDCE for all departments with no restriction of qualification. I am 100% sure that he will compete others and get success as they are getting in other exams like GDCE or any other state and central exams.
