Having your mom work out beside you makes it feel more real than if you were just demonstrating the exercises on your own. I usually go to over 60s classes but sometimes I can't make it so having these routines to follow on line is great. Keep up the good work.

So glad that I found your video. I've lost a fair amount of weight so far (30 lbs) and I really, really need to start toning up. Being badly affected with MS and getting a lil older I needed something that that wasn't too much starting out. Plus needed equipment that didn't cost a ton. I love your videos. I wanted to do band work. I didn’t think you would have one, but low and behold you did! You have videos for every occasion. I am 68 and trying to build myself back up physically after being hospitalized 9 months ago. Your videos are easy to follow. Your Mom is delightful. You both are so encouraging. I think I am going to base my recovery on all of your videos because they meet my every need and more! I am grateful because I do not have to jump from person to person, video to video. I like the workout, i have nerve damage from my family doctor not looking after me. My spinal cord surgery was an emergency situation so that I wouldn't become a quadrepledic from neglect of my physician. The surgeon had to put in 18 screws and 2 rods. Its been 2 yrs since surgery just before COVID, im slowly moving better. So finding your channel is a God Send. Thank you so much.😃🌻..

What a brillian exercise program. I have COPD and it's ideal because I can do the exercises and still mange to breathe normally. I also love the 10 minute walk video. May I make one tine criticism please? I woulfd prefer your videos without the annoying background music - but I will still watch and do the workouts - thank you so much.

Needed a seated routine today. I was able to do everything (abs +++), but began to weaken during the 2nd half of the chest press and did not do the shoulder press: my right rotator cuff is troublesome and is weak even though the surrounding muscles are well worked. Overall, a good seated routine made interesting with the use of a resistance band! Another one added to my extensive repertoire of Y2N exercises!...Anastasia

Everyone is different so this can vary. Our hope is that you notice changes not only in your body, but also in how you feel. By starting to exercise, you have accomplished a big goal which you should be very proud of. By moving everyday, little by little at your own pace, you will get stronger. I have worked with people ranging in age from 22 to 85 -- all saw results by staying consistent with their workouts. I recommend doing this chair band workout at least twice a week, with one or two days of rest in between sessions. If you feel sore after that amount of time, rest a little more to let your muscles recover. On other days, try our cardio workouts that range from 5 to 50 minutes. Over time, you may notice that you feel stronger and your clothes may fit differently -- this happens when you increase muscle through exercise. We're honored to help you on your fitness journey and are cheering you on!
Hey there! For this exercise, a resistance band of about 5 feet should do the trick. My mom and I are about 5 feet tall so this length gives us plenty of band to work with. If you're taller you can go with a longer band. Get ready to feel the burn!

Hi there! The order of exercises can be varied. Generally, it is best to work large muscle groups like the glutes before small muscle groups like biceps in the arms. In this workout, I chose this order for flow and to make it easy to follow. Also, because a strong lower body is important for mobility, I focused on strengthening the legs first while your entire body is fresh.

What a brillian exercise program. I have COPD and it's ideal because I can do the exercises and still mange to breathe normally. I also love the 10 minute walk video. May I make one tine criticism please? I woulfd prefer your videos without the annoying background music - but I will still watch and do the workouts - thank you so much.

Needed a seated routine today. I was able to do everything (abs +++), but began to weaken during the 2nd half of the chest press and did not do the shoulder press: my right rotator cuff is troublesome and is weak even though the surrounding muscles are well worked. Overall, a good seated routine made interesting with the use of a resistance band! Another one added to my extensive repertoire of Y2N exercises!...Anastasia

But sorry to hear your rotator cuff is troublesome! Resist doing routines that affect the area until you feel ok! How long after starting to work out do you see results?
Everyone is different so this can vary. Our hope is that you notice changes not only in your body, but also in how you feel. By starting to exercise, you have accomplished a big goal which you should be very proud of. By moving everyday, little by little at your own pace, you will get stronger. I have worked with people ranging in age from 22 to 85 -- all saw results by staying consistent with their workouts. I recommend doing this chair band workout at least twice a week, with one or two days of rest in between sessions. If you feel sore after that amount of time, rest a little more to let your muscles recover. On other days, try our cardio workouts that range from 5 to 50 minutes. Over time, you may notice that you feel stronger and your clothes may fit differently -- this happens when you increase muscle through exercise. Hey there! For this exercise, a resistance band of about 5 feet should do the trick. My mom and I are about 5 feet tall so this length gives us plenty of band to work with. If you're taller you can go with a longer band. Get ready to feel the burn!
Can you do this everyday or should you do evert other day.

Hi there! The order of exercises can be varied. Generally, it is best to work large muscle groups like the glutes before small muscle groups like biceps in the arms. In this workout, I chose this order for flow and to make it easy to follow. Also, because a strong lower body is important for mobility, I focused on strengthening the legs first while your entire body is fresh.
