Moved to Birmingham to drive back to Manchester haha :D When I saw the fizzy drink cans I thought you not gonna try the ayran. Have you or Taz ever had kefir? That's another milk drink you should try. Anyways that shawarma looked amazing. That's my type of comfort food. Love silky humus, but unfortunately most of times you get something that tastes like something from supermarket.

Maybe their shawarma changes or smth, I remember getting both the chicken and lamb shawarma about a month ago and it was really plain. Shame the fatayer wasn't great, would've been a closer option than going to jaffas
They may have made changes, as they've only been opened like 3 months according to the person who served us
I quite enjoyed the shawarma tbf
The reason for the sweetness is the carrots they put between chicken layers
