You can ask on the forums usally a lot of drivers looking for teams and teams lioking for drivers. Just pm whoever you think shares the intrest in the same car and/or team series
Regarding the "fair share" calculation, how can you know exactly how many laps you're gonna make in a multi hour race? Is the end of the race determined by a timer or a number of laps? And is there some margin or wiggle room here?
That's great news on adding your team mates before hand but why can't you have a reserve driving incase somebody has a real life situation and can't race last minute?

It would be nice if it was always "live time" instead of a few seconds of delay when you are watching a team mate, as of now, spotting is the only way to actually see it in live time.
What if one of the selected teammates has something emergency happened, or he/she cannot connect to the server? I understand that iRacing want to stop ppl taking advantage from team matchmaking, but it would be pity if one of the registered teammate told you that he/she couldn’t make it while you are in a good position, especially 24hrs races.
@@MajorWolf72 yer most people got on ok with stuff this weekend but I have seen a couple of others on the forum who had the same issues. We tried two separate VRS session and it would not allow second driver to join only spectate even though both registered as drivers .

question: can you have a team driver not be present at the start of the session/race and still register later and join to rain at a later time?
note that unless you're spotting as described, you will always have a small delay in the replay screen even when "live"

Can you have a multiple car team? Me and all of my friends want to drive at the same time in non-endurance races and be apart of a team
Does the entire team use the same setup? Or can each driver have a different setup loaded that takes over at driver change
