Enjoyed the video. You are the only one out of all the UK prepper channels that gets out and gives useful information and entertainment. The others just sit indoors and talk to their screens. Keep up the good work
I quite like some of the small UK channels and the reality is that the majority of people aren't going to be able to hike and camp for any length of time anyway so home and car based stuff is going to be the most useful for them.
I prefer to buy UK than Chinese Leigh. That alone sells the tent to me. Of course I'll purchase from Europe and the US too. A decent pitch there above the Wye. It's a good old trail - walked that from source and all other Wye rivers. Yeah, a great region. I must say when on trail I live out of the vestibule so this works well. As you say packs down too. All the best. Mark
Hi Leigh, great to catchup at the Bushcraft show.. I love those brew co. coffee makers. have re-used mine about 5 times.. just make sure to rinse them out and dry thoroughly before next use :-)
Your right Leigh it is nice to get away from the doom n gloom of today but unfortunately we cannot escape the reality of it all and staying up to date and keeping knowledgeable about it is crucial. Good tent and nice to see you out bud, all the best to you and yours 👌🏻👍🏻
@@TheBugOutShop Yes you are right bud, and I think I may be a little obsessed by all the information myself, I like to keep people informed but a break would be good. Stay sharp.

@@neanderthaloutdoors9202 Yes mate, the past 4 years especially have proven that to be true. I'll admit that I laughed a little bit when David Icke talked about lizard people decades ago but now I'm wondering if he is indeed right about that too,...all his other points have been proven to be true!
Nice countryside. We're in Australia so leaving stuff open or accessible to various critters really isn't an option. A family member picked up a tarp whilst camping and there was a Death Adder underneath it.
I'm glad you erected your tent properly with the right pole 😆😂🤣😭, very nice tent, those pouch style tea and coffee pots look very handy, I just did a weekender and tested out some new kit, I've got the nebo mycro headtorch it clips on to the peak of your cap or you can use the strap on it ,i used it mostly on green mode and it worked a treat, are those jura two's any good ?,i use the British army medium weight modular sleeping bag and its pretty good, I've been thinking of getting a new new one, have you used one ?, nice one nighter you had and some lovely scenery 👍

Nice one, mate 👍🏻 .
Looks fun .

Thought you were going to say the only one who gets “out of breath”
Enjoyed this one Leigh
Leigh, keep doing what you are doing. Basic, down to earth reviews, brass tack stuff in layman's terms, without the bull. Everyone is a winner. 😉
Love the old mighty python British humor that you make with your videos cool😊

No condensation to speak of
Thanks Leigh. What is the chest pack called. Can't find it on your site.
Chest pack is something I’ve made up using a viper tactical chest pack
@@TheBugOutShop thanks Leigh. Perhaps you could give us a run through on your mod?
Great video as always, and a nice bit of editing on making that water boil.

If you mean the case on my chest pack, it’s a Trc outdoors compass case
That was a bit of a dig at Funky Prepper 😬

It's a shame you never tried it,but it's not for everyone, I've just come back from doing a Weekender of fishing and camping.

That’s a shame, with some mats (airbeds) down quilts you can be really comfortable and have fresh air and the sounds of nature.
