The saga continues as award-winning filmmaker Denis Villeneuve embarks on “Dune: Part Two,” the next chapter of Frank Herbert’s celebrated novel Dune, with an expanded all-star international ensemble cast. The film, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, is the highly anticipated follow-up to 2021’s six-time Academy Award-winning “Dune.” “Dune: Part Two” will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.

Best. Theatre. Experience. Ever.
Honestly. It was pretty mid.
*I haven't seen it*
@@Ota_ku69bait used to be more believable
For me it's between this, Avengers Endgame and Joker
@ImNeoFr no problem bro 🤭
I don’t know which was better, this or Oppenheimer
Love how there is a subtle sinister vibe to the soundtrack. It’s triumphant but every time Paul does something to prove he’s the one is a reminder of the destruction to follow
It's necessary destruction, or the Human race will die.
His terrible purpose
You‘re so right!!!
That was my favorite part about it as well. You’re watching the hero do something incredible, but the music is more akin to watching the villain so you feel a duality of inspiration and dread
that comment. When the fremen started fighting it was obvious that its a crusade initiated by things Paul did or said what makes the battles more deep and emotional because he uses the Fremen for his own agenda even if he loves them.
this scene took my breath away for the entire duration of it. It paid the whole movie ticket by itself
Same, I can't get it out of my head
And the Arrival scene, the speech.
Same what a breathtaking experience
This scene along with the worm attack. I love that they didn't fully spoil it in the trailer. The army yelling on the back as the worm dove has got to be the best battle charge scene in movie history. :D
The director actually said in a video that he knew if he nailed the sandworm scene he’d have a movie
Still can't get the scene with Paul and the Worm out of my head. Witnessing it in the theatre was something else man.
in dolby cinema it was insane
true you didnt watch it, you witnessed it
Bless the Maker and His water. Bless the coming and going of Him.
Loved this scene and the deep bass drops from the first film.... shai hulud has been honored with this song
May His passage cleanse the world and keep the world for His people.
Homie is Lisan al Gaib
Bless the Zimmer and His music.
Bless the director and his movie ⊃⋃⋂⋲ - Part Two
That electric guitar is totally a tribute to the worm ride in Lynch's Dune. Genius!
Could be but zimmer just loves utilizing electric guitars in his scores
Thought the same thing. And the music has some other subtle nods to the original score. I think Hans Zimmer wanted to walk right up to the line on this one. The music is so iconic.
Zimmer said he never watched any media on Dune, he only read the books
I got instant chills when Paul gets up 0:55 such a powerfull scene.
I get goosebumps every single time I hear it😵😵
as written!
I'd seen the preview a bunch of times at home, and I knew what was coming... but nothing could prepare me for the sheer POWER of that scene in IMAX... as soon as his foot touched down, and he mastered the worm, I started sobbing, moved to tears by the massive scale of what I was seeing, hearing... experiencing. It let me know that cinema is still alive and well.
As written.
Do you know the name of the soundrack with Alia in the Paul dream or not?
One of the most powerful scenes in cinematic history with Hans Zimmer rocking your world in the background
It sounds like an epiphany. Reminds me of the Hereditary music. "Like the triumph of something that should not have won."
The power of Path to Victory
@@luiousy7329 Contessa:
The whole cinema shook. The best cinematic feeling since Interstellar
When I watched this scene in the cinemas, I was wondering, "Who made this theme?"
Of course it was Hans Zimmer, no wonder it fits the scene PERFECTLY.
Ngl I cried during this scene, may be a bit over dramatic but haven’t felt a movie impact me so hard like this in a long time
Bro I did the same, no shame in that. Gonna go see it again so I can cry again.
When those Fremen kneeled down and started to pray, it was like a holy moment of the movie
same here. i couldn't even explain why. i think it had something to do with being completely overwhelmed by feeling a feeling i hadn;t felt from a movie in...well since being a child?
Same. It was very emotional and it marked the beginning of something thematically.
feel the same bro
Probably the most epic cinematic scene in the recent 2-3 decades

Man, it was a like a religious experience that makes you believe in the magic and majesty of Cinema again! 🎉
Hearing this on IMAX was a religious experience
I felt the same. All of a sudden i found myself cheering to him with the others. It felt exhilarating and spiritual. I thought my brain would open up and beam me somewhere else. 😂
Amen
the whole score on IMAX is a religious experience and i can't stop thinking about how i feel about it...
Right it's so intense and overwhelming, the feeling is indescribable really. Mix between excitement, reverence and dread all dialed up to a thousand.
@stanpines9011 What makes it even more amazing with imax is how loud it got in this scene my seat was literally shaking.
Hans Zimmer's work and the excellent orchestra, choir, and sound engineers behind this film should be contenders for the awards this year. Well done, very well done.
Oh they will be the winners. Not just contenders.
I watched this in IMAX and I literaly cried
This feels like the culmination of all of Hans Zimmer’s best works, from the synths to the organs to the orchestra, what an incredible soundtrack.
My mouth was wide open when seeing the scene in cinema
Loved the little twist in the iconic theme at 0:47

0:45 to 1:07 in the Theater was just crazy
This soundtrack coupled with the ridiculously accurate CGI...yup I was there riding that worm along with Paul.
This hitting in IMAX shook me to the core. Anything Hans Zimmer touches is absolute F I R E.
Track gives me chills every time. I will also forever love the coordinated sandworm attack and the way the camera panned out to show them attacking the city. It was everything!
I was sitting in my seat in the theater. Thanks to Greig Fraser, Denis, Hans Zimmer and so many more, I was transported there, riding the sandworm.
“May thy knife chip and shatter.”
Mockingly
"May THY knife chip and shatter"
YOU FOUGHT WELL ATREIDES
"SILENCE!"
May thy chip shatter.
This song in imax is the deffinition of chills
I think this track more than any other really exemplifies the sound and feeling of Dune
I'm excited for the game coming soon but the music and Denis and his teams style is what really made these next level imo
This was otherworldly in cinema. Loved it.
hearing THIS in IMAX was a core memory
I showed this to my pet worm, I am now the pet
Underrated
This is the best theatre experience I've ever had excluding the lord of the rings. Amazing movie

This movie may be what drives me to get a 4K blu-ray and home theater system.
Must own 4K Blurays for that amazing image and sound fidelity alone, imo:
Blade Runner & BR2049
Lord of the Rings
Mad Max 2 & Mad Max: Fury Road
Apocalypse Now
Lawrence of Arabia
Interstellar
The Dark Knight
Biggest Worm you said Stilgar? I agree with that
This scene is monumetnal in my opinion
Now every time I master driving a vehicle I will use this OST, it fits perfectly🗿
After some very very fast highway driving at 3:00 AM, I can confirm this theme is everything you need to feel like Lisan al Gaib riding Shai-Hulud (please drive safe and responsibly and never under the influence)
Learning manual transmission cars soon. Will let you know how it goes
That part at 0:24 with the top view of Paul on the worm, and seeing how large the grandfather worm is was epic.
0:52 my whole body got goosebumps when i heard this in cinema
Man just imagine that you're randomly sitting at the table and one day this banger just comes into your mind.
I love just how heavy the music in Dune is. You can feel the bass in your bones when watching the movie in a cinema
Probably the coolest song to hear in the cinema in all of history
I WILL NEVER FORGET THE EXPERIENCE OF WATCHING DUNE 2 IN IMAX , IT'S MY FAVORITE ONE FOR SURE
most intense viewing experience ever
I want cinemas to never stop playing Dune. I love dune but watching it on blue-ray at home, even with the best surround system is nothing compared to the cinema experience
I think Oscar 2024 has been claimed guys. At least for soundtrack and sound design
GOOSEBUMPS! That scene!
Wow Hans you truly are a genius! The way you can tell a story through your great music is beyond words. Invokes so much, emotion, power, even magical if you will.
Some of the best soundtrack of this age
that drop after the overwhelming ambience at 1:39 is absolute masterpiece
the way the seats in the theatre were shaking literally took my breath away, there was so much BASS in my chest 😭 haven’t experienced anything like that since INTERSTELLAR
When I was in the cinema I had goosebumps, what an awesome film!
Bless the maker And his water
Bless the Coming and going of him

May he keep the world for his people
As was written!!
NOT THAT BIG!
This song is beautiful and reminds me a lot of “flight” also by zimmer.
This song slaps so hard.
Hearing this song in the theatre was a wonderful experience
Hans Zimmer just keeps making epic music, never change mate, never change.
*A message to the future generations:*
_Don't let this song die._
YA HYA LISAN-AL GAHIB !!!!!!
Riding a Worm has never been this exciting!!
No scene has ever delivered the feeling of "the prophetic/ chosen one" as well as the sandworm scene, when Stilgar whispered "as written" after witnessing Paul's deed, i can feel it in my bones
Shai-Hulud is honored by this amazing Soundtrack
THIS was one of the best scenes in the entire movie. It felt like it lasted an eternity, and i wanted it to keep going. It was that amazing.
Watching this scene in true 70mm imax in the Lincoln square theatre was one of, if not THE best scene in any movie in cinematic history. I was genuinely aghast and it's my new favorite movie scene now.
Shai-Hulud
When you finally mount that person you've been flirting with for weeks

Ripples in the Sand
this soundtrack with the scene gave me gosebumps, one of the best scenes in the movie
I’m very happy a new generation is getting to enjoy and appreciate this. All we had was the books and the 1980s movie.
I can feel my eyes turning blue as I listening to this.

This either gives you chills, or you're dead inside
I cannot be the only one who sees the parallels between this and "Ripples in the Sand" from the first film.
During the Solar Eclipse, I will listen to this song
There is no movie that will be able to top the Sandworm scene. It's so.. just.. perfect.
Ripples in the sand 2.0
"Addaam Rishiee Azzantaa" - Long Live the Fighters
hearing this in Dolby was epic
1:10 my favorite part, it sounds so…majestic, grand, and just the plain epic. Hans and his chorus of teams really know how to transport you to a different dimension
Hans Zimmer 🔥🔥 King of soundtracks
dare i say this may be the most astonishing movie in existence
I did not get much sleep the night I went to see this movie and I tried to stay awake. Literally when this scene played, the whole theatre started shaking. Needless to say, I was up for the rest of the movie.
Literally cried in the cinema. B r e a t h t a k i n g

Thank you so much for create this Piece
If I can play a pause and rewind in a Cinema, I'll probably stay for 15 minutes watching this scene only
This and the scene it matched was phenomenal..goose bumps
