You can’t understand how this trailer makes you feel if you weren’t active back then since AC1. This trailer was the most anticipated one and when it came out, it shocked everybody. Everyone went berserk, I mean EVERYONE. The flow, the characters, the story, the music, the upgrades... I still remember when the trailer came out. Jesus Christ those days...
Yeah I know what you mean, the AC games were probably some of the most hyped games of that era. Everyone went crazy when this trailer came out. Such golden years for all gamers. Just before corporate greed took over and microtransactions and unfinished, buggy games became the norm.

My childhood was this game now I’m a pilot . I have came a long way thank you assassins Creed for being a part of my childhood and I would like to say that a generation of successful men and women grew up playing this game That’s inspiring this is not just a game it’s more than that it’s a memory that will stay with us until our last day.
11 years later and I still love this game. Worthy of a remake or even a complete rebuild and new title with the same story. Such an incredible time in Gaming and such a fantastic game series.

Ezio is by far the best Assassin they've created. And they created him from scratch, through the three games they developed him into an experienced assassin who, at the beginning, didn't know much and was a hot shot immature rogue. But by Revelations, he was composed, calm, and was sure of himself. Boy they did a 10/10 job on the Ezio collection.

Maybe not at the hardest parts but at shoulders and neck which you mentioned will penetrate. There will always be cracks in armor to allow motion to the user. They also were at a vantage point which means gravity was working with the arrows increasing it's lethality.
I remember when I watched this in HS, I remember being so proud of his growth as a character. That smile when he’s called an “assassin” something he initially did not want is very satisfying. We’ll never forget the glory of gaming during this time period.

I still like the concept of the game of making your own army of Assassin's, promoting them to Assassin Rank, and calling for help whenever needed. We want more of such mechanics in Assassin's Creed coming games.
@Quack boi Origins was also great, though this cannot be said about The Witc... I mean, Odyssey. Valhalla is great tho, good mixture of exploration and rpg stuff and being an assassin.
@@fightme2503 good thing those guards armour is made of tissue paper and apparently these elite guards whose entire lives is fighting can't be assassins, sure Ezio looks about 30 and unless he's a veteran war hero I don't think he's very good at close quarters fighting with people armed with A. Polearms B. Full set of plate armour so he's basically impenetrable, ignore the neck cause thats covered in mail C. He likely has a hell of alot more experience and training in close quarters then assassins, people who are meant to stay in the shadows and avoid combat D. They outnumber them... So in a realistic sense Ezio is fucked but thankfully he has massive amounts of plot armour

I haven’t watched this trailer in 13 years, time flies. Now I have a job, marriage, responsibilities, investments, debt etc. Life was easier when I was playing this on 360, but I don’t feel sad now. I feel grateful for this and many other games that made my childhood so incredible. Thank you for all the memories Ubisoft, and Ezio; thank you too.
Well historically it's not really that far fetched to have a fictional black Assassin in Renaissance Italy (playable or npc). Sub Saharan Africans, the rich and educated ones, were pretty present throughout Italy especially Venice which is a playable area in AC2. If that game was created after Ubisoft implemented their DEI policy that could've been a very high possibility of happening.

I remember back when I first saw this trailer. That final shot made me think of running through the streets with my brother, completing assassinations on targets in an open and detailed Rome, setting up the kill while one of us caused a diversion or dealt with the guards and the other pursued our target. It made me imagine what an Assassin's creed game with coop would be like, I thought we were getting multiplayer! And I mean... Technically we did I guess...
I miss the days when the brotherhood was mysterious and threatening. Quiet hooded people with insane combat ability. Its a shame that the series went for a stealth approach in recent titles.

I haven’t watched this trailer in 13 years, time flies. Now I have a job, marriage, responsibilities, investments, debt etc.
Life was easier when I was playing this on 360, but I don’t feel sad now. I feel grateful for this and many other games that made my childhood so incredible. Thank you for all the memories Ubisoft, and Ezio; thank you too.

DEI forces companies into hiring skin instead of talent. It looks at your features instead of qualifications. Therefore, you get a lesser product.

Well historically it's not really that far fetched to have a fictional black Assassin in Renaissance Italy (playable or npc). Sub Saharan Africans, the rich and educated ones, were pretty present throughout Italy especially Venice which is a playable area in AC2. If that game was created after Ubisoft implemented their DEI policy that could've been a very high possibility of happening.

I remember back when I first saw this trailer. That final shot made me think of running through the streets with my brother, completing assassinations on targets in an open and detailed Rome, setting up the kill while one of us caused a diversion or dealt with the guards and the other pursued our target. It made me imagine what an Assassin's creed game with coop would be like, I thought we were getting multiplayer!
And I mean...

We kinda got that in Unity. Sadly, they didn't do anything like that again.
I miss the days when the brotherhood was mysterious and threatening. Quiet hooded people with insane combat ability. Its a shame that the series went for a stealth approach in recent titles.
