Great tutorial! Slow pace, clear directions. So many other videos rush by and block the view of what you really need to see -- e.g. the sewing machine stitching!
Don't forget to sew up the hole in the lining that you used to turn it right side out! I usually just stitch it closed with my machine since no one is going to examine my lining, but you could also hand stitch it closed. Otherwise, your small trinkets will end up in between your outside and inside fabrics! Great tutorial tho!! I love the lacy zips and all the different colors they come in!
I did sew it up...but the video stopped and l didn't realise until editing that the footage ws not there lol...technology is so not my friend at times lol
So nice to wake up to another super video! I am trying to resist starting anything new until I have finished what I am on with at the moment but I will just have to sneak one of these in especially as I have some lace zippers just lying there waiting! Thanks Nicole💕
Tamara they are super easy hun...l cant wait to see your pouch...give it ago l promise it will be worth it ❤❤❤ thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to watch ❤❤
Thank you Elizabeth ❤ so glad you enjoyed the tutoiral 😊 and thank you for taking the time to watch l appreciate you being here with us and joining in the fun with us ❤😊
I love this, Nicole!! When I started sewing years ago, someone said that if I used an X shape of two pins where I want to end sewing (leaving that gap) it's a great reminder. I use that tip to this day, for zip pouches, and microwave cozies, and other items I'm going to turn. I'm going to check my zipper stash for a lace zip and make a pouch. Thanks for the careful tutorial and for always helping us make new and beautiful and useful things.
Yeah! Got to see your 201 in action! I love the old machines. I have found clappers are an under used tool in sewing. I just love using mine-even in piece work as it makes such a flat seam.
Paint With Nathalie....aww thank you hun...l appreciate you taking the time to watch ❤❤❤ will have to head over to your channel have a look around 😊😊😊 l would love to learn how to paint
