I can’t speak for other viewers, but I think randomly selecting a Roger Fishing member to take fishing with you one a month would be a fantastic idea! It would be a great incentive to join, in addition to the valuable educational material you provide members.
Great to see you on the beach again. It's so good to see how you instruct and assist those you take fishing. I often have the opportunity to take people fishing for the first time and it's so good to hear how you explained what to do clearly and quickly. Good on ya Roger
Thanks so much for putting out the videos , just starting to get serious about fishing and I’ve learnt more watching your videos in a week than I knew in 60 years playing around just throwing out a line. Great job Roger
Another great video Roger. Thank you!. You may have already done a video on drag and how to use correctly but if you haven’t I’d love to get your perspective. I have lost many a fish bc I haven’t necessarily set the drag correctly especially on larger fish. I tend 🎉o get concerned if the drag is too light the fish will take forever to bring in and hence have a greater chance of escaping. Conversely if it’s too hard I fear the line will break. It’s an art that I feel I need more education on,
This is disgustingly good. Yet to land anything from the beach or rocks. Even this morning down at Bass Point i was more likely to hook up to a spear fisher than anything else
Hi Roger, thanks again for sharing your knowledge and passion with us. I love your content and appreciate your attention to some of the finer details a lot of the other fishos tend to overlook, but ENOUGH WITH THE SALMON OFF THE BEACH ALREADY. 😂😂 In a recent post you mentioned using squid as bait you had just caught, I would love to see some tutorials from you on the subject as it is something I have found somewhat elusive on past attempts. I'd also like to see some more estuary fishing going after fatties and bream. And what about the forgotten flounder? One of my favourite eating fish and seems to be still considered as a mere bycatch. Anyways thanks again for all your great advice and entertaining videos. Please keep them coming. 😊😊
Thank you Roger for another intuative video! What is the difference between a long shank hook , and a circle hook? In wich type of conditions would you utilize them?
Another great vid Roger. Thank you very much. Noticed you are using braid for bait fishing on your smaller rod in this vid . The age old question - do you take the braid all the way to your first swivel or do you use a braid to fluorocarbon knot?
HI Roger, just wondering if you fish the surf with your Two hook rig, would you fish the calm water the same way,i normally fish single hook rig in calm water just a thought. Cheers mate love the vids, Chris
Your man William, Roger, is much like you. He has much humility, is unassuming and one with whom a few hours on the beach would be an utter delight. Are these characteristics common with all your clients? 😃 If I join up, is there a chance that I might also be so endowed? 😉
Rigger, plz plan a fishing trip to 🇦🇪 UAE here , just wanna see you catching fish here because it's very difficult to catch fish here so you will get maximum subscriber from multiple countries because we all Asian and philippines work here so all of us will witness your skills in this beautiful country
Not paying you $2 to watch a bloke catch salmon champ. When will you.would mix up your fish species and catch something different like kings,Jews, snapper, I liken your channel like a you tuber mechanic showing people how to changethe same tire week after week.

Fished for 55+ years and the only thing i'd add is for your right handed mate to get the reel handle on the left side!

You are a fantastic teacher. Watching here in South Africa, but there is always something to learn. Many many thanks.

Hello Roger
What beach are you fishing in this video?
Thank you Roger for another intuative video! What is the difference between a long shank hook , and a circle hook? In wich type of conditions would you utilize them?
I only use long shank hooks when I am using worms or nippers for bait. The rest of the time I use suicide or octopus hooks
