I don't understand why Paul Reubens is even included on this list. You claim nobody noticed the cameo but it wasn't hidden, we could all see that was Paul Reubens.

To be fair, most people were unaware that was the always seen as PeeWee Herman at the time. Brad Pitt was by far more obvious than Matt Damon in DP2!
He was even credited for it in the opening credits
Same with Ron Jeremy. That wasn't a "cameo" he just happened to be there as an extra. He wasn't any kind of star at that point.

25:46 - Jackson made cameos in all three LotR movies. Aside from the carrot-eating human in "Fellowship," he was a soldier on the wall in the Battle of Helm's Deep, and he was the guy shot by Legolas's errant warning shot thanks to Gimli's interference.
I'll do you one better. He cameo'd in all 6 of his Middle Earth movies. He even reprised Mr. Carrot-Eater for 'The Desolation of Smaug'.

Having Fire Marshall Bill cameo in Liar Liar is perfect
In Spider-Man there was a cameo appearance by a future Oscar winner. Octavia Spencer.
It's probably not on the list, because it technically wasn't a cameo. It was a small bit part that she had in the beginning of her acting career.
In Spider-man, Flash was played by Joe Manganiello. Every time I watch the movie I forget that's him until seeing the end credits. He just looks so different.
Edward Norton's voice is so distinct it is easy to recognize even with whatever accent he attempted to disguise it with.
Edward Norton does indeed have a distinctive voice that's often recognizable, regardless of the accent or character he's portraying.

Edward Norton in KINGDOM OF HEAVEN isn't a 'cameo'; KIng Basil was an important, albeit secondary character; one just couldn't see who it was
Pretty sure Princes William & Harry have also been inside storm trooper uniforms as well.
Unfortunately, the scene they appear in with Tom Hardy, who also portrayed a stormtrooper, was cut from The Last Jedi. It's included in the bonus features of the home media release.

In a deleted scene in “The Last Jedi” Tom Hardy disguised himself as Stormtrooper 926, who came across Finn as he infiltrated the Supremacy.
Those margaritas were probably $30 each, I’d grab them too.

Also as a thank you to Brad for DP2, Ryan Reynolds had a cameo in Bullet Train.

If you put Hot Fuzz and Peter Jackson on the list, you could have used him as a segway to the Colbert cameo, since Jackson was the guy that stabbed Simon Pegg in the hand in the initial montage

Dirk Benedict (80s Face) gets a pretty on-the-nose question from Face (Bradley Cooper) right before he steps into the tanning booth.
Pee Wee was also in Blues Brothers as a waiter serving them.
Daniel Craig unrecognisable in Star Wars episode seven the force awakens that is out the back of a rancor. Being a James Bond fan I recognised that voice in one second flat.

-George Lucas in Hook(1991) the man kissing the woman on bridge.
-Stephen King & Wes Craven in Diary Of The Dead(2007) as voices on radio.
-Adrienne Barbeau in The Thing(1982) voice of chess computer.
-Christian Slater in Star Trek 6(1991)the ensign standing in the shade of the captain’s door.
-Sofia Coppola in Star Wars episode 1(1999) as a handmaiden.
-writers John Skipp and Greg Spector in Night Of The Living Dead(1990)as zombies held back by the torch.
-Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween 3 Season Of The Witch(1982) as voice on the town intercom. Nancy Loomis also from Halloween 1&2 plays a brief character of the ex-wife credited under her real name Nancy Kyes.
In Hook, the woman George Lucas is kissing is none other than Carrie Fisher.

Paul Reubens, although he wasn’t a “celebrity” at the time can be on there for a true cameo.
He plays the sommelier in “The Blues Brothers” when Belushi and Ackroyd (Jake and Elwood) visit a fancy restaurant.
Lucy Lawless actually has two cameos in Spider-Man. in addition to the one you mentioned, she is also one of the ladies yelling at Peter as he enters the ring to fight Bonesaw.
Kenneth Branagh in Infinity War, Joe Russo in endgame. It's so cool to have previous directors acting in newer MCU films. Even if Joe Russo was acting twice in four of his movies.

I haven’t seen one from number 24 and one from 23. I did know however some of the cameos like Edward Norton in Kingdom Of Heaven,Dan Ackroyd In Temple Of Doom, Cate Blanchett in Hot Fuzz, Nathan Fillion In Guardians Of The Galaxy, Glenn Close in Hook, maybe Bill Murray in Dumb and Dumber Too,Wes Craven in Scream, Steven Spielberg in The Blues Brothers Paul Reubens in Batman Returns Steve Buscemi in Pulp Fiction and Daniel Craig in The Force Awakens. More recently I knew that cameo in Ghostbusters.
In the kids movie The never ending story there are many cameos including Ewoks Mickey Mouse and many more

Xena fans (that were watching when the show was on in syndication anyway) have always known that Lucy was in the first Spiderman movie. We also know that there was a statue of Xena in Dr. Srange's Multiverse of Madness, which was of course also directed by Sam Raimi. So she kind of had a cameo in that too.

This is just 30 random cameos. Very few of them are super memorable. A couple examples are Charlton Heston in Wayne's World 2, Martin Sheen in Hot Shots! Part Deux and Stan Lee in Mallrats.

Tom Cruise's appearance as Les Grossman in Tropic Thunder wasn't exactly hidden. Rather, it was a surprising transformation that caught many viewers off guard due to Cruise's unrecognizable appearance and the departure from his usual roles. Despite not being hidden, his cameo certainly added a memorable and unexpected element to the movie.
You could also say the Ant Man cameo wasn't "hidden" lol

Presumably Alfred Hitchcock and Stan Lee weren't mentioned because they deserve their own lists, but it's surprising you didn't mention Elon Musk in Iron Man, especially when starting off with Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos.
Those two weren't hidden cameos. Stan Lee's cameos were mostly blatant.
My favorite is John C Reilly as Sasquatch in Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny.

Regarding Paul Reubens in Batman Returns... "While nobody caught the cameo at first..." even though every single journalist who wrote or spoke about the film in the week before its premiere mentioned Reubens' role specifically
Woopi Goldberg in The Little Rascals 1994 as Buckweat's mom and Mel Brooks as the bank worker, Molly Ringwald in Not Another Teen Movie 2002 as the flight atendant and Mr T as the wise janitor, Emily Deschanel in Spiderman 2 2004 as the office worker, Carrie Fisher in Scream 3 2000 as the worker of films archive (she even makes a joke about Star Wars) 🎉
