If the manipur Govt doesn't have the right to released the 30 years protected Forest then how come the manipur Darbar has been keeping this as a protected without any perticular end after this long year years and when it will this be over,?
Without the consent of the people living in that hills area, why the state government declare any forest as reserved n protected forest.. now it come out the truth, doing secret things without the knowledge of the owner will surely be embarrassed one day..
