    真的很像炸雞腿!!
    您用刀子切開酥脆表面,使用餅乾代替麵包粉,脆皮看起來沒有餅乾的顆粒,很像麵包粉!!切開也不會掉。

    1.脆酥粉可改用太白粉或麵粉?還是地瓜粉?
    2.家裡多用橄欖油,可否多放些油用半煎半炸的代替油炸?

    That is Hen in the wood which is the most fragrant of all Mushroom.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grifola_frondosa, It is said that when after eating this mushroom one would dance, which is mostly true, as it is very tasty if one knows how to prepare it. I used to harvest a motherload of this in the woods ( about 20lbs) and cooked it in four different style ( white, brown, red and green sauce - Frensh, chinese, Italian, Mexican/thai). As it is quite expensive here in the US market if it is even available, therefore I can only use it to flavor soup.

    請問缺少俄力岡粉與孖然粉味道會很差很多嗎嗎?低筋麵粉能取代中筋麵粉嗎?

      可以用自己家裡有的香料代替。可以用低筋取得。

    hi~想請問可不可以把油炸換成以空氣炸機或用烤箱烤?會不會影響口感?

      這道可以用氣炸鍋,180度15分鐘,時間可以視狀況調整。

    請問一定要過濾水嗎?如果用自來水呢?

      依照自己習慣用的水就可以了,自來水如果有過濾過也是可以的。
