- Why Is My Wig Making My Ears Bend Forward? Need Urgent Help! Why does my ears bend forward when I put on a wig? I demonstrate some reasons why you get this affect and how to create a better fit with the proper wig size and additional products you may be wearing. Measuring you Head Size for a Wig is a Must. If you wear a wig Grip Measure with it on. Measure from Ear to Ear and just above glasses for a better fit. Many other wig fit tips to get the look and comfort you want.

This was a great help!!!! I swear, every time I try to wear a wig, my ears bend forward!!! I do wear glasses & this has been a source of pain for me so much so that I gave up even trying to wear a wig!!!!

If they get bigger sizes and not make the current wigs bigger, because there are lots of wigs the I cannot use because they are too big. I have a 20 inch circumference.
Thank you for this video! I've also found this to be a problem with glasses and a wig grip. I was wondering if you could cut the wig grip a little above the ear to cut down on the bulk there? Would the wig grip be ruined?

That works. The wig ladies from Dallas had a segment on how to do that. I tried it, but didn't like how it looks. Hard to get the cut in exactly the right place. Better if you had a friend to mark.
