Looks like Scott Wenzel was losing his voice a little (and a little off key because of it?). He's usually a great singer, though. I remember meeting him--I think in 1992 or 1993. I was waiting in line to meet singer Margaret Becker at the Moody Bible Institute bookstore in downtown Chicago. Scott Wenzel was standing in line behind me; I recognized him, and asked if he was with Whitecross. He said "yes," and he'd come by to say hi to Miss Becker, who was apparently a friend of his. A fun memory.
