How do you handle personalized order if that order requires unique name or year for each time customer place the order? lets assume my primary text is "teacher" for every order but customer's name will be different, in this case how digitization process works?
Hi there! Digitization only occurs when an order is sent to production (i.e. order confirmed). With personalization, sellers need to review / edit designs to the specifications of their customers' requests before confirming that order and sending it to production. As long as the personalizable design the you are offering is within the design guidelines of embroidery, it should all be good! It's worth noting that with these multiple steps happening sequentially, fulfilment may take a bit longer depending on a) how long a seller takes to review the design (and maybe liaise with their customer, and b) digitization - which can take up to 24hrs. So customer expectations should be managed RE delivery time (which should be chilled, because research shows customers are willing to wait longer for personalized designs)
@@Printify Thanks for your response. unfortunately i am still not clear regarding digitalization fee. if im selling non-personalized product with text or graphic that means i have to pay digitization fee once for the first time order with that specific listing. but if i sell personalized product, that mean each time text will be different. So is that mean digitization fee will apply each time or not?
There is a lot of potential here and I have high hopes for what I can do in the future but right now, unless you want a hat or a single Adidas shirt, it's pretty limited.
Hi, I just want to know why the mockups for canvas wraps on the website don’t show the print wrapped around the sides like it does in your canvas wrap video
The background music is so loud and distracting that it is difficult to hear you. Try making videos without background music. Your voice will be easier to hear, and the video will still be engaging or cool or whatever it is that you think the annoying music adds
Good video but that terrible music was doing my head in so I switched the video off half way through. If I wanted on hold phone music, i'd go to an on hold phone music channel. 😡😡 Please remove the unnecessary noise in future videos 👍
