Nova Scotia is lovely, my wife and I spent two weeks touring in a Toyota SUV about 20 years ago. We used a book called ‘Doers and Dreamers’ which detailed all sorts of B&B’s, but obviously this is not for you. We visited some great places and could have stayed way longer. Soon as Jess came out as Santa I knew what was coming 😂 You laugh about the bedding in Canada but that's what James and I do on our bed! Layering, since I'm usually freezing and he gets cold, so we can chuck different layers off and on lol

About 40 years ago a Canadian family I was visiting converted a school bus into a camper. 3 bunks on each side at the back, a dining area that converted to a double bed behind the driver. We carried an aluminium canoe between the bunks while travelling and towed a Volkswagen variant behind. It was a fantastic way to get around.

You laugh about the bedding in Canada but that's what James and I do on our bed! Layering, since I'm usually freezing and he gets cold, so we can chuck different layers off and on lol
😂😂 we say often actually it’s lucky we both like the same sleeping temp etc as I know some that sleep with heating off and window open even in winter, 🥶 we both like 19’c and plenty of blankets

About 40 years ago a Canadian family I was visiting converted a school bus into a camper. 3 bunks on each side at the back, a dining area that converted to a double bed behind the driver. We carried an aluminium canoe between the bunks while travelling and towed a Volkswagen variant behind. It was a fantastic way to get around.

Welcome to Canada! I didn't read all the comments but in case it hasn't been said, the front license plates are required in Ontario and a few other provinces. I'm in Ontario and hate that we use the front ones as it ruins the look of the car in the front.
