unfortunately i do the previous steps but the problem still not solved any recommendations please

after finishing the steps as mentioned in the video, close all word files and open it again and observe if it reappears in word or not. if not, apply the steps again. if not solved, try to reinstall end note. if not solved after that, reinstall office. if not solved after that, install office 2019 or EndNote X9. I hope it will succeed.

Again try 1st configuration as described, then open word file and click on file menu, then, options, then add in , then go (as described), choose endnote, then, add, then OK

If this step doesn't succeed, try to reinstall endnote

If also not succeeded, try to reinstall office
===================
If not, you can install a more recent version of endnote (x9) or office (2019)
================

قومى بايقاف الantivirus و اعيدى المحاولة
و ان لم تفلح
قومى بازالة EndNote و اعيدى تثبيته (نفس النسخة او نسخة احدث)
و ان لم تفلح
قومى بازالة Office و اعيدى تثبيته (نفس النسخة او نسخة احدث)
و ان شاء الله تفلح احدى هذه الطرق.

Go along the steps mentioned in this video. At 1st, go to instillation directory and double click on configuration endnote and follow instruction and then complete the second step from options of word add in and complete steps.
