    Awesome stuff!
can you do a video of how one part would mate with another part? 2 different bodies? with a complex mating surface?

Doesn't this mean the part is no longer parametric? If you modify the sketch it won't have any effect, right?

Parametric from the shell step to the Blend curve extrude step. From there you have to recreate the surface, won't take that long time.

Why not use the variable fillet option in the fillet tool

Yes, that's much easier and you can do everything in the Part Workbench. However, you have to slice the part into 3 pieces, the back part then gets 3mm fillet, the front 17mm and the middle part the variable fillet from 3 to 17mm. Finally, the 3 parts are put back together. I tried that, works fine.

@jurgenr3240 I didn't try with exactly the same shape as the video but with a flat rectangle you can vary the fillet all the way around without slicing it apart. I have done it in the past on a more complicated shape without slicing either. As long as the joining lines of the fillet match it should work, sometimes you have to swap the fillet size in the two boxes around depending on the edge direction (hope that makes sense)

@@DuyQuangDang great surfacing though, and on your other videos. Beyond my capabilities 👍

    Thickness 2mm inside?

I have followed along and produced the final solid. It does pass geometry check without BOP check enabled. But, fails with BOP check enabled. Can you comment?

Yes I work with surfaces and see the Bop check invalid curve on surface almost all the time, even on very simple surfaces, I still see it. The gap when we join surfaces with the geo of the object together usually 0.01mm, Bop recognize invalid curve. However, I found that when all the surfaces are in contact, and it's green, it should be fully functional.
