We headed off to Australia for Christmas! We have been to Byron Bay twice before, so this was our third time there and it's such a beautiful part of Australia. Laid back culture, surf life and beautiful beaches, what more could you ask for. We met up with some friends there and Hannah's God Brother Ben who's just an absolute legend. Was different being away from our families for the holidays, but we spent last year with both our families, so we thought we'd do this year seeing the other side of the world.

There is an amazing culture around Byron. So much happening in a creative and spiritual way although Byron attracts it all. Its people are diverse with music and the arts. Definitely a place to stay a while but Byron is super expensive but fun and entertaining. Mullumbimby Nimbin Bangalow all gorgeous country towns offering lots of charm.

Hey love the videos! As an Australian i would highly recommend the Whitsunday's, especially Hayman island and Hamilton Island as they are incredible! Also as a West Australian i maybe biased, but the Margret River region, Dunsborough, Yallingup and Eagle Bay have some of the best beaches in Australia!

Omg - I've been watching your videos on and off ever since I randomly came across your New York Apartment tour from a year ago - then I watched your Japan ones because I love going to Japan too and have been keeping note of places I need to visit to eat at when I go again next year. Then you come to Brisbane my home town and stay at the hotel across the road from where I live! Did you get to eat at Hellenika the Greek restaurant? Brisbane is definitely not run down. Not as "city" as Sydney or Melbourne but we have some amazing places to eat and drink - you should definitely come back.

Hey guys, you didn't quite make it to Christmas beach. Christmas beach is a little beach on the river that you haven't featured here in the video, the path veers off to the right from the main track and comes out at Christmas beach.
Ah noted. We did walk there as well but there was people there so we went to what we thought was Christmas beach

Did you look into the Holden car brand. If your a car guy you should look into the Australian V8 super cars. Little more humble price wise than some on your dreams garage series but it's a big deal down in Aus.

American Boy I lived in that area for many years and there are so many beautiful beaches, waterfalls and amazing scenery. Whites Beach is on a dirt road south of Byron but Broken Head in between Byron and Whites Beach is absolutely spectacular.

Its actually a General Motors car, called Holden cause they are produced in Australia under that name, so I'm assuming you're familiar with GM?
