You should add a second layer underneath the pipes for the underworld. Only do it on one side and raise the actual base plates you have here by five or six blocks high. A two tiered moc would be insane. You could add the train terminal in one corner and the warehouse/ clones looking for her through it

Dang this is going to be epic. I’d definitely caution you to make sure the front slopes of the base stick out forward farther than where the clone statue will be, just to give it more depth. Great progress, and best of luck!
